Was really surprised at how good the food was. Spices in the meat delicious, fresh and clean atmosphere. My picky adult son loved it too. Only negative was music from the bar was to loud ( it was 3pm, maybe letting loose while slow)

First time here this evening and I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas Mexicanos. The atmosphere in the bar was fun, music not too loud, batender friendly and I loved the food, fresh chips and salsa. I definately recomend giving it a try. My tummy and taste buds are very happy.

So I have gone to this restaurant many times. And most of the time the food is good. But I have noticed an increase in their prices which makes me hesitant to go back as well as the level of service. For instance, the greeting and seating is Great, the delivery of food is great, but there’s never a follow up and or an offer of the final check or to go containers. We ordered a mole dish which I would rate an 6 out of 10 it has some well thought out side dishes, but the mole itself left much to be desired. We also ordered the Quesabirra and it was very hot and soft, so not easy eat and dip in the consume and then it was almost rolled in cilantro, which was offputting to my kids. The chips and salsa was quite good. We did have drink service so I had a Michelada, which was pretty good Horchata and another kid friendly drink, but I was quite surprised at the end of the night to have a bill of almost $71 for two entrées, one alcoholic drink and two non-alcoholic drinks. I didn’t even bother taking anything home because we were never offered any to go containers and I’m not sure it would have been eaten at home.

Wonderful spot in Woodburn for all sizes of groups. The waitress is a gem! She expertly waited on our big table with warmth, and hugged the 89 year old birthday boy and made his day! It was a great dinner.

Ordered through DoorDash. Food was okay. A little expensive for what it was. Al pastor was good but was a lil too oily (dripping) for my liking.
4 stars because I asked for no beans and more rice on one of my orders. Instead they sent nothing of the two- no rice and no beans which was part of the combo. That was disappointing. First mexican doordash that did that to me. So I’m not sure I want to order from them again.

This place is a jewel in Oregon.
It may be hard to find a good Californian type Mexican restaurant but after a little search we found one.
We went to a few and they were more of a fast food style with hard seats, we were looking for a good sit down chips and salsa with good Mexican food that was simmered all day.
This place was it.
Service was poor, inattentive impersonal but the environment was great, the inside feels like you are in another world yeah like Mexico haha.
The food was really good the chips and salsa was amazing look at the pic they give you a lot of salsa and yes we needed more haha.
If they had better service this would be a 5 star place but this is a weak point for them.

Great place to eat some Mexican Seafood dishes. The salsa that is served with the chips is full of flavor and spice. If your in the mood for some AguaChile or some Enchiladas this is the spot. Good customer service as well.

It is very clear that the children must be running this restaurant. I don’t believe the same owners that used to own it are running it anymore. the simple fact that service was a zero.
I asked for a taco salad but to substitute chicken for the ground beef and what I got was literally a taco salad shell with chicken and a little bit of lettuce and some cheese on top. That is not the usual taco salad and he plays ever. The other half got a combo plate with a taco and enchilada and then it was very Bland run-of-the-mill microwave. It’s bad to me that this place has taken such a nosedive downhill from the last time we were here less than a year ago.
Be surrounding and decorations are still bright and cheery and give you a nice feel Mexico and Cabo San Lucas so that’s fitting.
