The service tonight was not good. Two of my kids ordered kids meals and soft drinks with their kids meals and they were told that they didn’t get free refills? And that they would have to charge us for another drink. No where on the kids menu does it say anything about no refills on their drinks and I have went there before and they have never charged us for refills on the kids. I didn’t get any napkins when I asked for some. We barely got any refills at all. On top of that they add 18% Gratuity with out even saying thing which added an extra $22 to our meal. so if you are a family of 6 don’t bother coming here or you will end up paying $134 and then the paper receipt will ask for an addition tip, nope you already got gratuity. This use to be our favorite restaurant to go to but we will not be back after this. The New Mexican restaurant in Urbana has better service and cheaper food! So disappointing.

After ordering I waited at least 20 minutes for my food… it came out warm… not hot not cold but just room temp. Our waiter did NOT come and offer any help during our time here (refills etc.) and then acted confused because we were upset she IGNORED our table. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in this restaurant. I DO NOT recommend at all.

Have never been here before and will never come back. Waiter took and hour to get the food right. Then it was cold and gross. Do not recommend. Winded up sick as soon as I got to the parking lot.

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on other reviews of this place. I will say the parking lot needs to be redone entirely. The exterior of the building could also use a makeover. When we got there it wasn’t very busy and the host was friendly and quickly sat us at a table. The rest of our experience was pretty standard. The food was good. The server was nice. I’d probably come back here again.

Got the lunch buffet. Fajitas, shredded chicken, ground beef with all the fixins’! You name it it was on the buffet! To top it off it was only $9.99 including your drink! Food quality was good and food temperature was hot. Service was great! Would go again and again. The only downfall is they serve the buffet at lunch and not dinner. Highly recommend and enjoyed the experience and flavor overall!
