We ate here last night. The restaurant is beautiful. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were happy and our drinks stayed full. I ordered the papa’s special with chicken. It was soooo good. My fiance ordered the steak burrito. The steak was seasoned perfect and very tender. Our girls had cheese quesadillas and fries. Our food was hot and delicious. The price was great too. We will definitely be back!

Edit: went here for the second time. Actually took photos. Once again, food and service were great!

This place is amazing. A must visit. This is the update to our second visit. Another soft opening visit for us, this place is all about family they make my 18 month old the center of attention without forgetting about their other tables and more importantly us. All the food came to the table as ordered with no problems. Drinks were always full and everything was perfect. For a new restaurant you can’t ask for much more, they have their new opening issues but you can tell they are working on them. I’m so happy for a great Mexican restaurant in our Hillview area. Sorry for the photos of the food, everyone forgot and started eating before I could catch it as it was delivered.
If something isn’t 100% talk to Orlando and he will make it right.

Update I have been this restaurant’s biggest fan since they opened. I literally tell everyone I meet to go eat there but the last time I was there changed my mind. The server gratted our check. 1. We were just four people. 2. What Mexican restaurant does that? I expect it in a upscale 5 star place. I don’t know if this is their policy or if the server was just trying to get one over on me. Well here’s a message to management and the servers. You shouldn’t be auto gratting parties of four. I tip fairly, which means I don’t mind at all to pay for a good experience. The lesson here is this, your server would have made more money from me than he did adding a generic tip to my bill. I no longer recommend this establishment.

My wife & I went here for the first time tonight 12/23/23. We were very impressed with the decor. Probably the prettiest Mexican restaurant in the Louisvelle area. Especially the bar. I’m looking for a reason to have a party there & invite friends & family. The service was excellent and the food & margarita’s were superb! We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Los Cabo’s (formerly Sergio’s.) The food was fabulous. Fresh, hot and full of flavor. I got the beef chimichanga. It came with guacamole, sour cream, pico-de-gallo, rice and refried beans. Wow! It was so delicious. My husband had the burrito supreme. The presentation was gorgeous. His burrito came with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, beans and rice. It was fantastic! So full of fresh ingredients. The staff there are super friendly and took care of our every need. We will definitely be going back.

I really wanted to love this. The first issue was the door. On entering you encounter two doors.. which is it? Needs marked as the wood door is not it.

The food itself was bland. Refried beans.. what beans? Handful of beans in liquid… where did the beans go? And the server put his thumb in the beans when serving.. though we didn’t complain..lol Rice was luke warm.

I’ve never had to season (salt/pepper) at a Mexican restaurant before. We actually had to request salt (there was none on the tables) to add some flavor!

The ladies room had one sink, two stalls. No towels, just a plug in dryer. Had to pull handle to leave it (no foot pull) and then had to walk down hall to pull a second handle to get back to dining area. It just doesn’t scream sanitary to me.

Really wanted to like this restaurant, it has a menu that looks awesome compared to its nearby competitors. Sadly, there just wasn’t much flavor!

Hopefully they figure out how to season food.

Steak was good only enough pico for 1 tortilla no sour cream, fried beans was like paste & not good. Wife’s chilli relleno tasted like it was pre made & frozen then reheated.

The food was really good for just you typical Mexican food. The chili relleno was GREAT. Only disappointment was the ground beef in the taco salad was watery and the whole bottom of the taco shell was mush before I even started eating.

First time coming to this restaurant even though I live down the road. Decided to try this place out since I had a friend in town. The drinks are amazing, the Mexican Street Tacos were so good, the meat was delicious. Full of flavor & super authentic. The servers were so attentive & checked up on us regularly. Very sweet people! Highly recommend the margarita I attach to this review!

Been waiting for (what seems like) years for this place to open to swing in and give it a try. I’m sure glad we did! Food was really good. Service was even better, and the atmosphere was pretty fantastic too. Prices on some things were a little high for the location, but that’s all in an opening, and can be adjusted in time (or item popularity) shrinks or grows. We will most definitely be back for another round. This may be our new favorite Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend both dishes in my pics. They were Molcajete Volcan and Steak Quesadilla Fajita.

We were the first ones in today, so service was rightfully slow. But the server was attentive and thoughtfull, makong sure we were set while getting his tasks completed. And the food! We were expecting a combination type grill with a preference for Mexican based on what we heard on Facebook, but it was another standard Mexican restaurant. But our opinion is that it was better than El Nopal. I had gotten a 1/2 order of nachos and my step-dad thought it was a full order, lol. Definitly want to stop by again and try out more of their menu.
