Like anywhere else you purchase food. Either people care about the food they’re preparing for you, or they dont. Los Betos has been my go to since 2010 for more than enough to stuff your stomach for a price that= win/win. Oh yeah….and the quality of the food? My experience has been 99.9% awesome.

Jeeze… bought a burrito, tipped the lady, ate my burrito and had a couple salsas leftover. As I cleaned up my table and took the salsa with me the SAME lady I tipped scolded me in front of everyone about how I need to pay for the extra salsa.

I am completely disgusted and Dissatisfied with the food I got today. I would like to say I want a refund and I will never go back here again. The food was prepared so carelessly and was not cooked right and there was a bug that looked like a cockroach inside my drink. After I realized halfway through my food and drink I noticed the chicken was completely undercooked and the bug in my cup. I’m feeling completely sick and have been throwing up since. I spent 22$ to eat that and get sick and am very upset and I’m wondering why this place has not been shut down. I’ve contacted osha and the health department this is completely disastrous. Also I do want to be reimbursed.

Horrible service i have Been going here for years i asked for a carnitas burrito with rice beans only inside and shredded cheese on top. the manager said they don’t do that i said yes u do he argued with me over it I’ve always gotten it this way. his supposed name was caeser absolutely rude arguing with me be better do better. O also went to another Los betos and guess what they put cheese on my burrito as you can see so next time don’t tell me you don’t put cheese on your burritos in the 20 years you have been there because they do all the time as proof.
