It was our first time attending. We saw the place had high reviews and when we arrived it was a short wait. So immediately I thought this place must be good. We waited 15 minutes, not long at all. We had great service. Everyone was great couldn’t tell if I was speaking with the owner or someone who just had pride in their job. Thats the level of excellence. Food was great. Waiter/owner maybe gave some really great recommendations and even suggested something not on the menu. Dang Im special! The recommendation was great. The Churro ice cream dessert, I ordered even though I was incredibly full from the entire, was delicious. If you didnt get it by now, this is a MUST TRY. Take a look at the photos. Dang I need more. My only criticism would be “WHY AREN’T YOU OPEN ON MONDAYS?” Im kidding, you need to rest I know.ill wait until tomorrow

Went to Los Bandoleros for the first time and my girlfriend and I loved it. We came across this place haphazardly on Google and we are so glad we did. Our waiter Danny was awesome and very attentive. Our appetizers were the chips with guacamole and the cotija garlic chicken wings, recommended by Danny, and it was delicious. My girlfriend and I then shared birria tacos and the short rib tacos and they were both great as well. The birria tacos were some of the best birtia tacos I’ve had in a while. Definitely give this place a try. You will love it!

Wow, where do I start? My friend and I went here for the first time around 8pm on a Friday night and it was STILL busy in there (which is a great sign!). It was about a 10-minute wait, but well worth it. We got a nice table in the corner and it’s a BYOB spot, so we brought our own drinks. Danny was our server and was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive and let us know about all the different faves on the menu. He was always checking in to make sure we were good and was very personable. They also had great music playing in the background and my friend and I were jamming out to some old school hits!! We started with some queso, and I’ll be honest, it wasn’t my favorite. HOWEVER, it didn’t even matter after the Superia Birria came out. I’ve had multiple different birria tacos from different places. Their Superia Birria tacos are hands down THE BEST I’ve EVER had! No exaggeration whatsoever. They came out super-fast, steaming hot, and juicy, dripping with deliciousness. The dipping sauce was so flavorful and just added to the greatness. The taco had a perfect crunch to it and the cheese was cheesing BIG time!! It was just so fresh tasting, next level! My jaw dropped several times, not just to eat, but in disbelief and shock of how delicious these were. I’m a huge foodie and these just made me so happy lol My mouth is just watering thinking back at the experience and I CANNOT wait to go back! Next time I will be trying their fresh, homemade guacamole, maybe the Superia Birria quesadilla, and definitely wanting to try one of their desserts because they look incredible! Great service from start to finish (Danny is the man!), decent pricing, OUT of this WORLD tacos, great ambiance! What a gem of a place this is and I’m so glad my friend found it! This is 100% our new spot, and we will absolutely be coming back very soon! 11/10! Highly, highly recommend! Just WOW!

Was there for the first time tonight and plan to be back again soon. The place is fantastic. First off, Dave (I am assuming the owner) and Danny our server, were super gracious and inviting and offered some great suggestions. I had the birria tacos which were great. We were a part of 4 and everybody loved their meals. My wife is a vegetarian and there were plenty of options for her. The guacamole was perfect. Street corn appetizer was fantastic. I highly recommend! Best Mexican food in East Brunswick.

Where do I start. The food was really good, the wait wasn’t even that long even though it was packed on a Saturday night. The server we had was amazing he made sure we were okay the whole night. Gave us recommendations, was really nice and honestly for the amount of food you get the total price was totally justifiable. It’s byob and they accommodated anything we needed. The big back burrito and crunchwrap were amazing and the oreo tres leches was to die for. Tipped the server $100 bucks on top of the food. Service was amazing and he was very funny and attentive the whole night. Super awesome dude. Will be coming back !

absolutely DELICIOUS food and the staff are so fun, easy to talk to, and helpful! willing to go above and beyond. the food is so incredibly fresh, and we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. flavor, atmosphere, and vibes are on point here. even better they offer plant-based meats and even cheeses for vegetarians/vegans! 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back!!!

If I could give it more than 5 Stars I would. First time there, wife & I loved it. Started with Guacamole & chips and Powdered Eggrolls, off the chart. Wife had Backyard Short Ribs Taco I went with Superia Birria, both absolutely delicious, I liked Birria better. The portions were plentiful and prices beyond reasonable. Quality is second to none. Danny our Server was spot on. Danny & owner David treated us as if we known each other for years. Even though we had doggie boxes, Finished the night off with Triple C, Cinnamon Churro Cheesecake ice cream made exclusively for Los Bandoleros and worth every bite. Texted our friends to gear up for our next visit soon.

A very special dining experience. To start with, the food is beyond incredible . The best description I could think of is an American take on a Mexican take on Texan Mexican food , uniquely crafted with love, a passion for food excellence, and incredible attention to detail. Everything we tried was top notch, from the empanada appetizer, to the brisket tacos, pops pork tacos, and even their humble chips and salsa. And their Triple C dessert will blow your socks right off! Service was beyond friendly and very attentive and helpful. Prices are refreshingly reasonable. Couldn’t recommend this place more overall. Perfect place for a date or friends night out, a special work lunch, or even a family night out if the kids are open to Flavor (with a capital ‘F’).

Seriously amazing! This spot delivers incredibly fresh, tasty food, but it’s the service and atmosphere that truly make it special. From the super nice owner and servers who make you feel right at home to the amazing music playlist that sets the perfect vibe, every detail is considered. The Cuban sandwich is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, boasting a perfect harmony of pickles, cheese, meat, and mustard. Don’t even get me started on the brisket tacos—they’re loaded with perfectly cooked brisket, seasoned corn, and a delicious sauce. And for the grand finale, the churro dessert is pure bliss: hot, fresh churros piled on top of churro ice cream.
