This is my first time eating here, but my second time meeting the owner of this establishment. I promised him, I’d come back to try his food – and today, I fulfilled that promise.
…and, I could not be happier!
The food is extraordinary. Cut fresh meat, cooked on a flame grill right in front you. The flavors were unique and delicious. To be fair, this was my first experience eating Nicaraguan cuisine – so I have no basis of comparison there… But the delicious food was only a small part of the amazing experience.
The owner walked me through the menu like I was touring a new country. He offered me tips, and was passionate about his craft. He was conversational and genuinely cared about my opinion and overall experience.
10/10 would recommend. If you haven’t tried this food truck – or Nicaraguan food. Do it!

Finally found a Nica spot in Lehigh Acres. The owner, Pedro, was very kind and explained the menu and recommendations with passion. Everything is made fresh to order (I saw him drop the tajadas right in front of me). Cacao was amazing, he grinds the cacao beans himself, so good! Great service and food, we will be back to try more food items!

Ima be honest the food was great the meat was soft I give it 10/10 rice 10/10 everything was 10/10. Great service too the gentlemen In front was very nice. BUT!! It was very very very over priced.

Some of the best meat I’ve ever had in Florida; it was tender and full of flavor. Fresh food, I loved the Cacao and would definitely return. I ordered four items, and the service was very fast, friendly, and efficient.

Carne asada had too much lemon. It tastes like pure lemon. Price was too high for amount of meat being served. Miami being miami charges 14 for two whole steaks and gallo pinto with maduros. This place carne asada is a whole joke for the price. I don’t mind spending it but I did felt like I was being laughed at. Very disappointed.
