Entiendo que la empleada estaba sola, pero al menos podría habernos avisado que no había horchata disponible cuando la pedimos y haber sido más amable. Mintió diciendo que nos haría un reembolso, pero que teníamos que esperar a que atendiera a otro cliente primero. Así que esperamos, y cuando terminó, me miró y dijo: “Oh, no puedo hacerle un reembolso” (de nuevo, de forma muy grosera). Le pregunté por qué me había dicho que sí podía, que solo tenía que esperarla. Ni siquiera se disculpó. Entonces le pregunté si había alguien más que pudiera ayudarme, y mintió diciendo que no había nadie más, que el dueño no estaba. También dijo que no quería decírselo al dueño porque se metería en problemas (confirmando que yo tenía razón). Un hombre se acercó a nosotros, que había escuchado la conversación, y resultó ser el dueño (lo reconocí porque lo vimos entrar incluso antes de que comieramos). Afortunadamente, él no fue grosero y accedió a reembolsarnos las bebidas. Pero, al final, las pupusas sabían fatal y la empleada fue muy grosera.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER so bad I had to leave a review to warn others. If you are looking for a place with good pupusas this is NOT it. The taste was bad it felt and tasted like they were undercooked and terrible customer service. They didn’t even give us the drinks we payed for. And When we ordered the horchata we asked what kind was it salvadorean or Mexican and the employee did not know she said “oh I don’t know”. Once we were done eating and wanted to leave I asked for a refund for the drinks since she never gave them to us. She came back with a drink and said “here that’s it we didn’t have the milk and had to go buy it” (with an attitude) to which she could have told us when we ordered it that they didn’t have any at the moment. There was only one worker and that same worker was doing cashier and the cooking. This place should have more workers. I understand worker was alone but could of atleast let us know there wasn’t horchata available when we ordered it and been nicer. And the other drink was a soda, which she didn’t give us either. She said that she had told us to grab it, but that wasn’t true, and even if it had been, they keep them behind a locked door.
She lied saying she would give us a refund but said I had to wait so she could serve another customer first. So I did and when she was done she looked at me and said oh I can’t give you a refund(again very rudely), so I told her then why did you tell me that you could that I just had to wait. Not even a sorry. And I asked if there was anyone else besides her who could help me and she lied saying no one else was there that the owner was not there. She also said she didn’t want to tell the owner because she would get in trouble(confirming I was in the right). A man came up to us and that heard the conversation and ended up being the owner (I recognized him because we saw him come in). and thank fully he wasn’t rude and agreed to refund us for the drinks. But at the end of the day the pupusas tasted terrible and that worker was very rude.
