I came here tonight for a to-go order for my family of 5. Instantly it was uncomfortable. The young staff were rude and the guy running the register couldn’t take my order for talking to another employee and joking around. That wasn’t a big deal. I’m patient. The issue was when I ordered a kids taco salad for my picky five year old, they LAUGHED at me because I told them no meat and no jalapeño cheese. As I sat at the bar waiting for the food I attempted to order a drink for the 15 minute wait they quoted me and even though the bartender saw me, she never acknowledged me and continued talking to the other younger employee. I was embarrassed as the whole restaurant could actively hear them making fun of me. It was not polite and definitely will not be returning.

Our experience in Los Arcos was incredible. From the design to the service to the food, everything was impecable. The service goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience. Our server Jessica made the best recommendations that left us wanting to come back everyday . I ate the “Aguachile” and my God was it a delightful dish. 10/10 for this amazing restaurant !

New to the area and have eaten here MULTIPLE times. Really good and consistent with food and service. Reasonable pricing and great food. This side road Mexican diner is not one to miss. If you’re running through Lula, stop and enjoy!

Kind of a hole in the wall with excellent food and excellent service. Margaritas were outstanding. Food was very tasty and the service was very prompt. The air conditioning left a little bit to be desired, but that’s pretty authentic as well. I would definitely go back.

First time in town, and we’re recommended by locals to try this place out. Cozy spot with good food and seasoning, and surprisingly a selection of draft beers. Two guys running the front and were nonstop moving taking care of the full house, but even so, we were attended quickly when we needed something!

Los Arcos in Lula is such a gem! The food and drinks are always delicious and fresh, and the service is top-notch every time I visit. The owner is incredibly sweet and makes you feel right at home. I also love the fun, colorful décor it adds so much to the atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town for great Mexican food and a welcoming vibe!
