Today, my friend and I tried Los Arcos for the first time. The customer service was superb, and the waiters were very attentive to our needs. I was excited to try the chicken quesadilla, but the food didn’t hit the mark for me. It appeared as though very little care went into making the quesadilla. The soft tortilla appeared to be lightly pressed, with the toppings simply placed inside. The tomatoes were chopped very large, and the cheese didn’t melt evenly throughout the quesadilla the way I’m used to. On a positive note, the sweet tea was great. The customer service was great, but I don’t see myself returning.

If you’re looking for some great Mexican food, this place is where to go. The prices on everything is very favorable, and the staff and friendly and quick to help. The portion sizes are quite large, and that only adds to the great deals you can get here. The selection of dishes ranges in ingredients and spice levels, so there is something for everyone. The only downside is that the Horchata here is low quality. However, everything else, including the drinks are very good. Great place for lunch or dinner.

We used to come here a lot for their taco salad, but since we moved out to the country we don’t get here much anymore. Instead of the taco salad I ordered lunch combo#2 which was great. The food was hot and delicious so I gave them 4 out of 5 because I ordered the chile relleno, but what was brought to me was not a chile relleno. But a slice of pepper with meat and cheese on it. Don’t get me wrong the food was great just not what I ordered. They say that’s how it’s done there. I lived in Mexico for a few months so I know what it should be. But I will come back again.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants I go to. My family and I are regulars at the restaurant. If you are a frequent customer, the manager is always very friendly. Will say hi you always feel welcome. Atmosphere is amazing very friendly staff. I definitely recommend the fajitas or the Pollo Fondio ( I don’t know how to spell it ) if you are a regular, the staff ask “ Do you want your usual?” The atmosphere is awesome. The restaurant is always clean.

We went and had lunch at Los Arcos, great idea. They have a table for you within minutes, quickly seat you bring on the chips and salsa! Both are definitely fresh and delicious. Our server was very attentive and came around asking if we needed anything else during our meal. I ordered steak fajitas, always my favorite and my friend ordered another delicious chicken meal, loaded with everything!! We were having such a great time there, no one rushed us and we continued to enjoy everything, food, atmosphere and outstanding service. You’re gonna love this place.
