My family went here on Father’s day. It wasn’t busy for a late lunch that Sunday. I almost missed the front door as the entire front is decorated with one way window films so inside you can see outside while outside you see the decorations side.

The food was good and the staff was nice. They give you chips and salsa. The chips tasted fresh and they were still warm when they brought them to the table. The margaritas were definitely my favorite. I got the berry margarita and it was great! Well priced too. Definitely coming back !

Believe it or not this is a burrito. Food was mediocre at best. Beans are soup, rice is almost white. Hard tortillas. Prices are very high. Will not order again.

Food: good & tasty. Service: garbage. Ordered medium steak. Was close to well done. Ate 2 bites. Waitress asked how everything was, I told her the truth. She was apologetic. Insisted bringing steak back. When she brought steak back out, they had just put my steak back on grill and made it burnt. I then explained again medium, not well. Insisted on making it right. Brand new steak brought out but my date was already done with her dinner. Then it was missing some of the garnishments. Think she would have brought out fresh rice or beans since the originals had been sitting for over 30 minutes and cold? Nope. Then after all that even charged us extra for extra tortillas. It was a blessing food was good.

Quality has gone waaay down since new staff changes. I used to come here every week almost daily sometimes for lunch. It was my favorite place, the girl who worked there was amazing! So helpful and great with people and handled issues so smoothly. Last three times I went the guy working got my order wrong, didn’t greet me and gave the slowest worst service. Was on his phone or messing around, didn’t check on me, was out of water the entire time. It was just the worst by comparison. I even said that I needed corn tortillas several times and told him it was due to an allergy, he confirmed acknowleged and still gave me flour tortillas and they were cold, he didn’t even pretend to care. Horrible that this place didn’t see the value in the last server as they lost a long time customer by letting her leave and I am sure it’s noticible to others as well.

I have dined in I have taken outs and I’m going to get my review on both. When I dined in the waitresses were very nice the food was good The serving size was good. When you order takeout you only get half the amount carne asada on your tacos So therefore I don’t order takeout from there very often however, tonight I called to place an order and it was very loud over there and I’m trying talk And the girl taking my order keeps cutting me off every time I’m trying to give her my order by asking me is there anything else is there anything else very rudely I did not deserve that! so then I asked to speak to somebody else she says they’re all busy… And then she says I don’t understand what I did wrong I explained to her that she was being extremely rude and she’s like no I wasn’t I was taking your order and I asked you if there was anything else…. yea before I could get anything out of my mouth. I work for a large company and I used to recommend Los arcos very highly to people whenever they would ask me where there was good Mexican food around but I will tell you this I will never never ever recommend los Arcos again nor will I ever eat there again. I will have to recommend la michoacana del Valle in Lockport. They don’t treat me like dirt just because I’m white they are very very kind of people there and the food there if fantastic along with their huge ice cream bar!!!

Came in on the night of New Years Eve and ordered the tostada dinner- al pastor. I’m used to other authentic restaurants covering the whole thing with melted cheese on the top…this barely had cheese and had more beans than anything.

I have to say I am not a fan of the loud music and tv screens all over. Saying that i ordered a torta cubana..friggin amazing! It tasted wonderful. It was huge! I ate half while there and the other for breakfast the next day.

They give you a hard time with the Groupon. It clearly states dine in and take out. I gave them a try twice. Both times they messed up my order. The first time the food was too salty, missing the beans and rice. The second time the food didn’t have any flavor and they put shrimp in my meal (and I cleared stated no shrimp, The server repeated the order back). The fajitas were horrible. The veggies were burnt and the meat lacked flavor. I won’t try them again.
