Beautiful clean restaurant, plenty of parking, spacious dining area. Extensive menu. Anything you would want in Mexican food. They do state on the menu their food may take longer because it is not precooked and served fresh.
The Flaming Cheese with steak was very good, the steak was tender and seasoned well. The type of cheese they use is too creamy and breaks down too much but still had a good taste. It is a large portion.
The staff was pleasant and plentiful.
There are so many Mexican restaurants in The area there is nothing I can say that makes this one stand out other than it is brand new and fully staffed.

My daughter and I are lunch here. The restaurant is very nice inside. The food on their menu was typical of most Mexican restaurants. What we had was very good. My only complaint was the tortilla chips. I had several that tasted rancid, like the oil in them had gone bad. Other than that, we both liked what we ordered. My daughter had a taco salad and I had the Speedy Gonzales with beans.

I wanted to love this location, but I just can’t. This is my second time ordering from this location and the food is just disgusting.
I absolutely love Los Arcos in Albertville and Boaz, however, this one definitely doesn’t live up to the Los Arcos name.
The first time I ordered (Door Dash) I put in the instructions “no lettuce, add sour cream”. I had no lettuce but did not get any sour cream, and my tacos did not have any cheese. The meat was dry and the flavor was just gross to be honest.
I tried them again tonight. I requested no lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. I made sure to put in the instructions section that I didn’t get sour cream or cheese last time. I got a little bit of cheese on one taco and a lot on another, but the meat was so dry and absolutely disgusting. It’s like they cooked it and left it sitting out for hours. There’s no flavor or juiciness in the taco. It’s just nasty. I started feeling nauseous and so did my husband. We ordered two completely different orders.
The beans and rice were ok, but still, not the flavor I’m used to from Albertville & Boaz. I gave them a chance, but I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Los Arcos in Gadsden Alabama is a great place to get dinner in the area. The portions are good and the prices are reasonable. I loved the grilled chicken nachos I got with bell pepper and pickled jalapeños. I liked them so much I’ll be going back again next week for more!

myself and an employee of mine are 3x a week regulars and today we went along with my wife. my wife and i got tacos. meat was still raw they tried to say it was the new seasoning mix. my wife and i used to be in the food industry and know the difference between raw uncooked meat and seasoning mix. plus wanted to charge us for the rice and beans that we didn’t finish that came with it. owners daughter is manager and is horrible at her job.

I’m not one to complain like this, however me and my fiance went to eat at this location today, we ordered chorizo dip for our chips while we waited on our food. Before our food even got out I was feeling nauseous after eating just a few chips and dip, by the time our food got to the table I was too sick to my stomach to eat and I didn’t even eat that much, the staff kept pestering me on why I wasn’t eating and if everything was okay while I was too nauseous to even talk. My fiance told me to go sit in the car and I did while she got to-go boxes, while I was sitting in the car I ended up throwing up in the parking lot, a very bright yellow bile that I only have when I’m having an allergic reaction to fish, cross contamination is a very real and serious issue that could’ve sent me to the hospital had I ate any more. While my fiance was leaving the staff looked at her offended that she wasn’t bringing my food for my own safety, they flashed her very offended and rude looks. $50 down the drain because the staff couldn’t follow basic standards. We’re looking into getting a refund, and we will not be coming back. Annoying, rude staff that couldn’t read the room that I was getting ill from the food, and cross contamination that could lead to someone in the hospital or worse if not taken care of. Horrible first time experience, if you have allergies I wouldn’t recommend at all.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY MEAT ALLERGIES!!! Me and my boyfriend when here and later found out the cook all their orders on the same grill. He left with severe symptoms like throwing up etc, due to there being traces of fish on his steak which he is allergic to. So save your money and go elsewhere that’s cleaner and more considerate to their customers.

Really like this place. The portions are good and I like the food. My burritoes weren’t the typical ground beef… service was pretty good too. Pricing wasn’t “cheap” but you get what you pay for and I wasn’t out for a “cheap” meal. Been back twice already since the first time.
