I stopped by last Sunday. I didn’t realize they close at 3pm. I waited to order. Someone actually came out (snowing like crazy) and said Mija we are closed. I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize you guys were closed. He said what were you looking at to order? I said one bean burrito smothered with cheese and one bean and beef burrito smothered with cheese. He said pull up to the window. I got you covered. They made our food without hesitation and didn’t hold back on the chili. What amazing kindness and customer service!!! I was able to get our food, pay and head out in a timely manner. Our food was fresh, hot and in my child’s words bomb.com. I’m stopping by for lunch today!

Went through drive through got carnitas quesadilla…. It was horrible Lol paid 13.50 and there was barely any cheese it’s a quesadilla people. Meat also tasted old and heated up. Very disappointed… if I pay 14 dollars for a quesadilla it better be cheesy. Won’t ever stop here again. I knew better.

I came a few minutes after they closed, not realizing they had closed, and the owner came out and talked to me and gave me options on what food they could make me.
I ended up getting a taco plate and beans and rice, and he made sure that I was well taken care of with plenty of food, and even a side of green chili.
Even though they were closed, they still wanted to take care of a customer, and they were super nice and generous and I will 100% be coming back and will bring more people back with me!

If a breakfast burrito is going to be nearly $9; the least you can do is make sure the potatoes are cooked and not hard. Ordered a dozen tamales and the masa is gross and watery tasting like they sit in a steam table all day and are mostly masa. Now I know why they gave me green chile with it. They wanted to hide the flavor. The green chile is good but not enough to charge what they do. I am convinced the other reviews are family and friends. Your food must not be undercooked or overcooked (by steam table) and consistent if you are going to charge what you do.

Genuinely great experience. Wonderful food. I honestly just googled authentic Mexican food near me on my way home and this place came up, so I stopped by and didn’t even realize until I got home that it’s the same logo as the restaurant by me. I didn’t even pay attention to the name, I love Los Arcos on 80th!
The food was so good I looked up what I had searched so I could go back in the future, and connected the dots.

The owners at this location in Federal Heights are seriously the best! They went out of their way to make sure we got our dinner, and we couldn’t be happier. Amazing service and super kind people — definitely recommend! I come here often and this definitely was not the first time they’ve gone outta their way to value a customer!
