Ordered on-line on Christmas Eve. Computer took ORDER AND gave me a pick-up time. Went there and they were CLOSED. No answer on phone. AND they submitted the charge to my credit card. Fine if a buisness has holiday hours but 1. Don’t allow website to take the order and process, giving you a pick-up time. 2. Do Not charge my credit card!!!!!! The food is great here but the business practices at least today are bad! Get organized

We were craving burritos and this hit the spot! It was packed with all the good fillings. Carnitas and steak were perfectly flavorful, and the chipotle crema was so good too. Got the chips and guacamole on the side too. We will definitely be back!

Due to a glitch in the Los Amigos app, I accidently ordered my item twice within a 5 min period.
When I went to pick up my item, only one was ready. I told them the situation, and the person on the register who did not speak English ended up putting me on the phone with someone who may have been a manager (Dan maybe?). This person told me to check my credit card statement that day to see if it actually hit and then to email him via the website so he can credit me back for the duplicate order. (I declined taking the second burrito as I didn’t mean to order it, and therefore didn’t want it and it wasn’t made yet.)
It did hit my credit card twice, and I wrote him that next morning with the order numbers and reminded him that he had instructed me to go this route with the promise of getting credited my $ back. I never heard back. I followed up a week later. I still have not heard back. It is now a full two weeks later and there has been no response to my two emails via the website and no credit to my credit card.
I get food for my kids here at least 2-3 times per month like clockwork. Due to this terrible customer service, we will be getting our burritos elsewhere. Lucky for me, there are other neighborhood options that treat their customers better than this.

I ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole and pico de gallo, and they only put half a teaspoon of guacamole in it. I don’t know what happened to the pico de gallo; they didn’t put it in at all. Very bad service.

I ordered the regular sized burrito with rice, steamed veggies, frijoles molidos, pico de gayo a little cream and the spicy beef that came with some of the sauce. Amazing! Visit this place is for real!
