Portion is smaller then expected from a Mexican restaurant…but the plus side is that is had flavor. You’ll find Mexican restaurants on this side of town and in Wyoming that DO NOT season their food..which is absolutely rare for ANY Mexican restaurant. This place added traditional flavors and spices

My partner and I stopped here on our way through Montana. The food was really good and the prices were reasonable. Two thumbs up on their chips and salsa as well. The downfall was the uneven service. Our server seemed to pretty much ignore us once it was clear we were sticking with water vs drinks and our tab wasn’t going to be significant. The younger man who delivered the food and the older man who took our plates were both very pleasant, but the woman who took our order never returned to check on our food and proceeded to clear tables right next to us but not clear our table or ask if we wanted our check (or even dessert) despite clearly being done with our meal. We finally had to go to the register to pay and get on with our evening. Even after giving her a decent tip, despite her obvious shortcomings, her body language and facial expression showed little appreciation. Hopefully she was having a bad day, because you’re only as strong as your weakest link.

The food was absolutely brilliant. It was piping hot and delicious. The serve was prompt and very good. Glad we came here tonight. For Mexican food in the Dive I do recommend Los Amigos. The shrimp fajitas were cooked to perfection and even the chips were still warm. I know other reviews aren’t as good but the food and the atmosphere is truly lovely. Also the Margeritas are tasty. Give them a chance they are quite good. Glendive lacks restaurants and this really is one of the good ones. Had the ribeye Mexicano again tonight and it was so good. Extremely filling and at a good price. The staff is very nice as well. I enjoy eating there about once a month with my spouse. Still comes highly recommended by me.

Fantastic food! I will go back every time I’m in Glendive! Great service to boot! Very happy I stopped and I’m sure you’ll be happy you do! Enjoy! Parking lot was decent size. Not big enough for my semi but there is a big parking lot next door that’s not more than a quarter block away!
