We had a quick bite at this place. It was clean, the person at the counter was friendly. We ordered rice and beans with guac and tres leches cake and churros. Everything was tasty, especially the guac which was freshly made. I’ve been to other places where the guac is cold from being in the fridge or dark from being old. I’d totally recommend this place for a quick meal.

We read great reviews and were passing through so chose this place over other nearby Mexican. The food was neither good nor bad, just completely fair. As was the friendliness of staff and the indoor atmosphere. We had the amigos fajitas and the burrito bowl. Nothing to write home about whatsoever.

The food is always really good, perfect flavors. It never takes more than like 15 minutes to get the food. I wouldn’t know too much about the service, as usually when I go, it’s with my boyfriend and his parents, who do most of the talking in Spanish bc I’m not exactly fluent.

Ordered Tacos Barria plate. Didn’t receive rice or beans. I don’t know why they called it a plate? The meat came in a plastic bowl with some bland liquid, 4 tiny overly moist tortillas and approximately 2 teaspoons of mixed onion and cilantro; a couple lime wedges. I ordered a side of refried beans. I had to remind them I had already paid for them. Then they gave me a tiny bowl with about 2 tablespoons worth. Mexican food is some of best food on the planet! I guess I’m not in Texas anymore. Any food I have eaten in Mexico with even street vendors was fabulous. I was shocked at what they produced

As a Southern Californian, I have very high standards for Mexican food. This place makes the grade! I’ve never had something I didn’t like, but the tortas and tres leche cake are probably the best I’ve ever had. You cannot beat fresh baked bread or cake. Portions are big and service is friendly.
