Ya know this used to be my go to. Then about 8 years ago something changed. I have gone back periodically yet they just suck anymore. Been going here since they moved in, owner super nice guy. I’m not sure if he sold it… but the last two times very long wait times and even longer when they get your order wrong. When you get a customers order wrong, don’t compound it by giving attitude and blaming the customer. The girl read my order back to me and still got it wrong. I waited another 20 minutes and she tossed my food on the counter, walk away and yelled my order out as if I wasn’t standing right there. No apology, no politeness, just rudeness and attitude. If you were looking for a good Mexican food experience, this place should be your stop. They specialize in for heaters and burritos. To be honest, they are to die for. The portions are more than fair and the staff is super friendly. The overall facility is clean. I I will continue to eat here and enjoy it. You should too!

I really enjoy this location on 1st street. It is my favorite in town, and they are willing to fix issues and they have one of the nicer speaker boxes in town. I love the carnsada French fries, and I’d recommend trying this place to anyone that loves Mexican Food!

Went through the drive through, ordered 3 plates and a drink. Once I got my food I checked it and was missing a carne asada fry plate with pico and my drink. Went inside to ask for the plate and they said that they were pretty sure they gave me it and after a minute or so of asking they said they would remake it. Then when I finally got the plate it was missing the pico. Overall the food is good but lately I have had more problems with my order every time I get food from them.

What a Wonderful find in Idaho Falls! The food here was better than we expected! We ordered two burritos, a carne asada and a carnitas burrito. The tortillas were homemade, They were full of savory meat. And they had a wonderful fresh salsa bar to add in an extra kick of heat. I preferred the taste of the carnitas burrito because it contained a mixture of meat beans rice and cheese. But the carne asada burrito was what truly shocked us and made this meal so memorable. I don’t think I’ve ever had a burrito with that much quality meat in it. We ordered fries and received a large to-go container full. It was a lot. We were so full and happy after eating our lunch.
The service was pretty fast and friendly. We were lucky to have got there right before a line formed. So I can imagine the others had more of a wait.
The ambiance was nice with large indoor plants, ceiling fans, and Mexican artwork on the walls. There was plenty of seating that could accommodate a large crowd. The only downside I noticed was that the soda machine was pretty dirty and so I was nervous about consuming the soda. Hopefully they will work cleaning up the soda nozzles into their cleaning routine. The seating area, salsa bar, and tables were clean so I didn’t let it bother me. I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t comment about it.
After we ordered our soda I noticed they had some nice Mexican drinks, like horchata and coconut. I will definitely try those next time we come. I’m looking forward to taking my son there on his upcoming birthday. So happy we found a great Mexican restaurant here so close to home! Thank you to the owners for providing this dining option to us.

Fantastic late night Mexican food. Taste was great, very filling, super reasonable price, and my order was done in 2 minutes flat. Great option for anyone looking to fill up on delicious food without the preservatives you’d find in typical fast food.
