Great seafood… and steak!
I visited Los Aguachiles five times in two weeks with a few different people. We were surprised every time. We tried the aguachile, ribeye, pasta, salads, whole fish, tacos, ceviche, seafood cocktails, and tostadas. Every dish was outstanding. I don’t know how they do it at such a great price. Drinks were fantastic… wine and mixed drinks.

The delectable flavor profile that this restaurant offers is second to none. The prompt greet, serving greeting, and check-backs took me off my feet. If the open-seating, open concept; that of a backyard bar with a homey feeling doesn’t bring a sense of comfort to oneself, then nothing else will. The cleanliness overall was accompanied great tasting refreshing seafood. It’s always the small things that matter and the tin plates and bowls really hold in the cool fresh taste from eating mariscos (seafood). The bar backdrop is enticing to all, and well of course my favorite Don-Julio is served upon request. Garnish tequila with an orange wedge instead of a lime, thank me later. Beyond no doubt, please start off with the Ceviche Marinero and add to your liking. I’ve been in thr food industry for over 20yrs and ran a food jarring company for 5 years; let me remind you all that ceviche’s ingredients were perfectly minced, and there was not one veggie over powering the next. Each bite with the tostadas were breaths of fresh air to my tummy. The tacos, pairing sauces, froth like textures in sauces, and perfect pairing of proteins with alike ingredients are mouth watering.
The clean slaw, perfectly cooked fried fish, and Chipotle mayo are such good combo when ordering the Tacos Ensenadas.
The blue corn tortilla, crumble cheese and melted cheese inside the Azteca tacos are something else. Pairing of ingredients are mouthing watering in every bite.
Lastly, in this go round, the melted cheese factor accompanied by the selective chorizo choice has one saying, “Nombre!?” after every bite.
I’m a fellow foodie and have my own ways of prepping and serving food. Give this place a go and welcome them into your pallet. I’ll be back soon enough, you all have my vote in best Mexican style seafood in ALL of El Paso, TX.
Disfruta las cosas buenas!!!!!

My friends and I met for lunch. I ordered the green pozole with shrimp. It had plenty of shrimp and it was flavorable. Our waitress was very knowledgeable when it came to describing the many dishes. It was our first time here and we hadn’t heard of the majority of the dishes. Overall it was a pleasant experience, EXCEPT the ladies restroom. There was only one toliet and it didn’t have a seat. We brought it up to the waitress and her response was “that’s strange. It was there yesterday ” She said she was going to check it out. She then went to go sit down. We were there several hours and anytime any us would go by her to use the facilities she would Sayville check it out”. It was obvious she knew it was missing.

I was searching for the perfect date night spot to celebrate my wife and I’s two-week wedding anniversary, and Los Aguachiles on Zaragoza Street did not disappoint! We absolutely loved this place. My wife is a huge fan of their coconut shrimp, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The liquor selection is incredible, especially during their happy hour from 4 pm to 7 pm. Don’t hesitate to try out their grasshopper shot with mezcal, sotol, or tequila. The saltiness perfectly balances the warmth of the liquor, making it a fun and tasty experience.
Overall, this place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great meal and a fun, lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!!

I love the atmosphere here! The service was great. We walked in a little bit close to closing time and we were welcomed very well. The food came quick. The chorizo and shrimp tacos were so delicious, I’d recommend them. I also tried the mango chamoy tostada ceviche, I didn’t like it as much but it was still good. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Aguachiles Tulum, aguachiles cayo de hacha, shrimp cocktail, tostada mangoneada and drinks Mazapán Martínez and espresso martini. I can’t explain how amazing it was! The service with Diana was amazing and she had wonderful recommendations. The place was very neat and we didn’t wait on a Sunday afternoon.
