Walking in, you need to watch your step because the floor is super slippery with no wet floor signs. Then my mother-in-law had ordered queso for her chips, which did not arrive until everyone had gotten their meal. My wife had ordered chimichangas that were supposed to have been made with beef tips, but instead was given shredded beef. I had ordered the Los Agaves steak that came with a smoky smell, and the peppers and onions were raw. The beans were dry, and all of it tasted like cheap kielbasa. The board of health needs to inspect the kitchen

Service was horrible! Very rude. I ordered the beef chimichanga, which is shown on the menu as chicken or beef tips and received ground beef instead of beef tips. I told them I didn’t want that and wouldn’t have ordered it if the menu didn’t say beef tips. He was very rude and said he wouldn’t refund it. I told him it’s not what I ordered and I wouldn’t be eating it. He snatched the plate and said that’s fine but you will still be charged for it. My husband’s food was horrible. He said it tasted like the grill had never been cleaned. My husband normally cleans his plate and barely ate any of this. Will not be returning!

We went for lunch and it took an hour and 20 minutes to be seated and recieve our food.
Daughter’s food had a hair in it.
Wife’s food came out later than everyone else’s food.
My rice was cold and the chicken was lukewarm.
We all had to ask for the tortillas.
Service was slow and we had to ask for refills.
Watch your bill and the up charges.
Lunch menu on weekends has an up charge.
There us a Sunday lunch up charge. They charge you for just showing up.
They up charge if you don’t pay with cash.
Parking can be difficult and often time you have to park at Dollar Tree and walk over.
If you have a large party find another restaurant. Large parties were waiting longer than we did and were being cramped into a booth with a chair at the end of the table. Imagine six people in a booth with someone at the end and they were all adults.
There you have it. We have had mediocre experiences in the past but this one will be our last.

Eaten here multiple times. Always been solid. Last couple times have been really good. Relative got Combo#14 (it had a chili relleno on it…..but the Chile was diced in the meat. He gave me a bite and I had to order one. Use it as a dip on a chip and it’s amazing. Other relative got the Chicken Crema. I got the Cheese steak queso burrito. Mine was good but burrito was small. The beans that came as my side were excellent. Our young server was prompt, efficient and Uber friendly.
