If you’re looking for amazing Mexican food, this place is a must-visit! The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The staff made sure everything was perfect and created a great dining experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great Mexican cuisine!

My husband and I ate dinner here tonight and this was by far the best Mexican dinner I have ever eaten. I had carnitas and my husband had steak tacos. My food was hot and delicious. The waiter kept our drinks filled and made sure we had plenty of chips. Incredible service! My only gripe was it was a little chilly in there, but this could have easily been where it was cold outside.

Great food, great service, great drinks, great price, and quick! Homemade chips and salsa brought to the table right after we seated. Would be a regular if I lived nearby!

We are their #1 fans. Me and my husband just got catering for ourselves for the next few days. Because why cook when you could eat the superior food of Las Agaves?!

Love this place. I have been going there since they opened over 10 years ago and always stop in when we are back in WV.. Stopped in with my sister she had never been their before. They are always busy, but it is worth the wait. I love their fish tacos and their frozen margaritas, so of course, I had to have them when we stopped there. My sister had their steak chimichangas and loved them. We actually stopped in twice with other family members.

Very nice restaurant with some nice variations of the standard offerings. The area is a little lackluster but ignore that the food and service.
My suggestion is the pineapple shrimp tacos. They are well prepared, topped and presented well. The option of getting sides that are a little uncommon in the local restaurants were nice as well. The black beans were well cooked and seasoned and the street corn was perfect.

The sign in the entrance, says it all. We absolutely do stop in here whenever we are in town. The food is good, reasonably priced, and served quickly. Cannot go wrong, you won’t be sorry. A nice walk from the hotel.

Had a great experience as a holiday work lunch. Everyone’s food seemed fresh and well prepared. Everything did not come out together as a table of 7 and there were not many other customers but when it did, it was hot. This place is locally referred to as “Mexican Shoneys” because it is in a former Shoneys restaurant building!

It was minutes before closing time but no one gave that “look” when we stepped in. Service was great and our server was very engaged with us in conversation. The food was good and, given the time, was perfect with no sense of that leftover food at closing time.
The atmosphere was typical of Mexican restaurants. We would definitely dine here again when back in Charleston WV.

Was a very nice Mexican cuisine lunch! We had Soft Chimichangas with beans and a fresh salad topping! We ordered Shrimp stuffed! Chips were fresh and the salsa was super tasty! A side of the Quaso cheese was a great dip! Ordered Raspberry and a original flavor Margarita! Clean and very hospitable employees! Close to the Interstate and Gasoline! Safe and very nifty to get photo ops!
