The flavor profile of the food here is just amazing. I saw one review said they only take cash that’s not true. I’ve paid with card every week for 3 years.
Their English isn’t amazing but I speak zero Spanish and get along just fine. I’ve brought probably 30 different people here and everyone has just ranted and raved about how good the food is.

Ugh so good. It sucks being out here when it’s hot since it’s a good truck, but the food and service is so worth it. I initially ordered breakfast burrito, which was super filling and yummy. Afterwards, the owner made me a veggie taco with potatoes and cactus. Soooo good.

I only tried the green chilaquiles and they weren’t good. The cheese was weird and didnt melt. Also the rice was undercooked. The egg and beans were ok. I tried a green salsa that tasted horrible to me. Unfortunately won’t be back.

I’ve had a few items from here and the best are the asada tacos and the asada torta. And they have great salsa. Honestly, it’s the highlight.

This was my second visit to this food truck. First found it last year on my visit to California and went again this year because it was so good last year. It’s in an area you wouldn’t think to go, just on the side of the road in an industrial looking area, but it’s worth it to go. They are really friendly and the food is a great value and AMAZING! I got their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos, bother superb, but the real star is the quesa-burria. It is a must get! So flavourful. And they have a little seating area set up with extra toppings and salsas for everyone’s tastes. Love this place, will definitely go again on my next visit to Riverside. Thank you again!

I got a quesataco con asada and a breakfast burrito with ham egg cheese papa nopales rice and beans and they were SO delicious!!! All the different salsas are amazing as well and it is decently priced! Good people here come try this food
