This place is Hidden gem for street mexican food. If you aren’t careful, you’ll drive right past it, but it’s worth the stop. Prices are great and the food is good. The tacos are made with fresh soft corn Tortillas. The asada is tender and lightly seasoned. The al pastor is bursting with flavor. If you like some spice, add a little of the red picante sauce on the counter. Burn your lips goodness.

If I had any critique, it would be that they improve their salsa verde because it’s a bit basic. And also offer a 3rd sauce, either one with avocado or an extra spicy salsa roja.

This place is one of the few real taco trucks in Huntsville. The food is cheap, quick, and certainly better (and more authentic) than anything you’ll get at one of our many Mexican food restaurants. Will certainly go again.
