A visit to family brought me to Conway on a Thursday night and I needed some fuel before turning in at a nearby hotel.. Enter Los 3 Potrillos for the win!!
I was craving a good margarita and thankfully, Los 3 Potrillos had a great selection of specialty margaritas.. I selected the Ultima, which featured Patron Silver.. I requested it be prepared with Patron Reposado and I was delighted with the outcome..
The complimentary chips and salsa were great, too.. The chips were fresh and the salsa had a wonderfully balanced flavor.. Whatever they blend to create this salsa is the perfect amount of each ingredient..
Though I didn’t need them, I also ordered a mixed order of their street tacos, which consists of five street tacos with a wide selection of meats.. I ordered one of each of the following: Carne Asada, Adobada, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Chicken.. The only other option was Chorizo, but the five I sampled met my requirements quite well..
HoLy CoW!! These were the most amply portioned street tacos I’ve ever experienced.. Each of the five lightly grilled corn tortillas were packed full of the selected meats, freshly diced onions, and cilantro.. The accompanying salsa verde added a perfect kick to the very flavorful selection of meats.. The bits of pineapple in the Al Pastor taco were a delightful departure from the savory goodness that was the rest of my selection..
Service at the bar was fantastic, too.. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great despite my arriving withing 40 minutes of closing.. By the time I wrapped up right at closing the staff was very busy executing what appeared to be a very choreographed set of closing procedures, which was fun to watch..
Los 3 Potrillos has cemented its place on my list of venues to repeat when future travel brings me to Conway.. Based on this visit alone, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good Mexican fare fix!!

First time here and had to try the Birtia Tacos. Fantastic!!! You won’t go wrong.
Absolutely love the fact that you can get Modelo Negra. I love it !! I think the one BIG BIG thing that really sets this place apart is the fact that they make their tortillas from scratch right there as soon as you walk in. Huge difference if you’ve never had the chance to try fresh tortillas. Go get ya some.

Spent the afternoon with my son & really enjoyed the food! We had the Special, Brisket Tacos. We were able to share one plate, what with dips & drink! It came with a broth to dip the tacos that topped off a great lunch

We came to have dinner as we normally do on Friday’s, server came took our order got the food out and that was it never came to check on us for refills or anything some else has to bring the check and cash us out. Best Mexican Restaurant in Arkansas! Great white cheese dip. I highly recommend the Ernesto Special! I always split the meal between me and my girlfriend. We order it every time on date night!

A large group of friends went here. It was walking distance from our hotel. We had a great time. The food was very good, and as people walked in late and joined, our waiter greeted them and got them fed quickly. The staff seemed ro be having a good time with us having a good time and were a ton of fun. It was a great family atmosphere and had a lot of room. Someone ordered a mango margarita and we ended up ordering multiple rounds of those. They were incredibly good. If we are ever in Conway again, we will 100% go back!

Me and my mom came and shared the dinner fajitas. What we got was a portion 3x smaller than what we ordered. We paid $17 for something we got that was $11 on the menu. And got raw tortillas with it.

I got the JC Special and two beef tacos on the side. The service was really fast, the tortillas were freshly made (you can see them being made by the back entrance). The portions were large. If you want to go somewhere and immediately hate yourself for how much food you’re going to eat because it’s so good, then go here. Worth it.

This food is sooo good!!! Mexican is not my go to cuisine and I absolutely love this place!! Packed as usual. No wait. Kind Service immediately. Upbeat atmosphere and sports on TV. husband said best beef chimichanga he’s had. I got something out of my comfort zone and it was the bomb! Well worth the money. Our server was always checking on us but by no means smothering us. Just got a new favorite Mexican place for us, and now I can enjoy it as much as him!!
