What a fantastic idea. I’ve never encountered a taco truck that is actually a potato truck! The freshly grilled elote w mayo and chili.pepper is delicious, and my carne asada potato is the bomb!! The owners and friendly and it’s a perfect pit stop meal in Delano, flying down the 99. Love it!!

Good baked potatoes, very different in my opinion. I’ve been to many places around the US and this one is one of the different stands I’ve seen. The bacon one and the asada one is pretty good. Friendly service and pretty quick. The the days they are open are Monday to Friday; I believe from 10:30am or 11:30am to 9pm. The price for each potato is $7.

These are some of the best potatoes around! Definitely be sure to check them out if you’re looking for a great baked potato. I always have to eat one each week as they are so delicious! Lots of butter, lots of cheese and lots of bacon !

Never had a bad experience besides today. Food came back cold when I kindly went to to the lady and explain it to her. She caught an attitude snatched the back when I was handing it back to her ended up breaking my natural nail. Then proceed to tell me about how it was made when I tried to respond dismissed me very rudely. If you’re having a bad day you don’t have to take it out on your customers.

Tried obe of their baked potatoes the first time today. Had the asada baked potato, the meat was tender, and the flavor was great. Next time I’m definitely asking for extra jalapenos……and trying a different type. They all look amazing.

The potatoes they make here are huge! They have good options for meat as well! They are sooooo good and they actually fill you up..if your ever in Delano or pass through Delano I would highly suggest you stop and try it out..you won’t be disappointed!
