Sorry second time here. Great guy reception. Same guy takes orders makes drinks cleans tables..,,, I know he doesn’t cook but geez. I know help is hard to come by. Fundido was more like a pizza with a cheese burnt crust and sampler plate had a tablespoon of frijoles on the nachos that had a distinctive burnt flavor. Pineapple Chipotle Margaritas were the bomb!

The food is great. A single fajita plate feeds two people and gives you leftovers. The only thing that was disappointing is they charge you for a lot of extras such as extra chips, and they only give you three tortillas with the fajitas and if you ask for more you get charged. Overall the service was great. I’ll definitely be going back, even though it is a little pricey.

One of the best Mexican breakfast I ever had. The chips and salsa are fresh and made in the restaurant. I had the Mexican hash browns with chorizo and quacamole. Fantastic! Service was awesome too.

Decent Tex-Mex restaurant. The food was good (except for the Queso Fundido), the restaurant was clean, and the service was par. Nothing stood out as spectacular, but it wasn’t bad either. Just your typical run of the mill Tex-Mex restaurant.

This place is such a ripoff. They charge $13 for three tacos. Normally I wouldn’t complain if the food matched the price. The tacos we got were boiled, bland chicken tacos. This what you feed to an animal with an upset stomach. There was zero seasoning on this food. There is a reason this place has no wait and the restaurant across the way has a line out the door. Save your money and go somewhere else. Fast food restaurants have better chicken at 1/3 of the cost.

Los 3 Garcia is our favorite place to have a meal and relax in the Conifer / Aspen Park community. The wait staff, the selection and quality of food & drinks are all absolutely fabulous. There is never waiting to be seated. Often it is astounding how quickly we are served. Parking is plentiful with easy access on and off of US285. Also a great view while having a sip and chips. We highly recommend Los 3 Garcias.

Had a phenomenal lunch here. To start; the chips are house made, the salsa is tomatillo based which is a nice change. I enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken which was like a sauced version of fajitas. The sauce has just the right amount of chipotle spice and it is wonderful. My dining partner had the chimi which he felt could have used a bit more heat, buy still very good.

We stopped at this restaurant while visiting and I must say that the food was great. The waitress was super friendly. Not too busy for a Saturday afternoon. Breakfast is served all day long as well. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Will definitely go there again.
