Looks very nice on the inside, server was super nice and fast, got us plastic forks when asked. I got a too good to go surprise bag and we got very random items. Obviously they weren’t fresh because of that but we’re still pretty enjoyable. We got a chocolate chip cookie, pumpkin scone which wasn’t very pumpkiny, two bagels which are pretty good quality, nice flavor. And also a cinnamon roll which we were definitely eyeing. It was pretty good.

I was served a moldy dessert, after taking one bite I saw something fuzzy and black on top that was not edible. And yes it was mold, the woman did not give me a refund and directed me to reach out online and the wait was horrendous. They should have multiple people working and ensure that everything is fresh, I am still disgusted and I will not be back. This Jaho is overpriced and lacks quality.

I honestly love it here! I feel at home, so relaxed and I look forward to coming, even if by myself! The selection of coffees and teas are wonderful, as well as all the other drinks (Boba,Hanoi etc) we get to be introduced to! The food is delicious and I was so happy to see the Japanese KitKats!!! The staff is also amazing, obviously they can make or break your experience!!! I just hope it stays this way!!!

This is a great study spot for students! The person at the register was really helpful with my first time using my ClipperCard and they have always honored the student discount. They have great lattes and boba drinks which serves as my little “I made it to class” treat!
