Customer security varies probably by how hot it is or how their day is, I was passing by and I had to get food, the guy there was actually very nice and respectful. But the cheese they used was like fake cheese or the wrong cheese, usually it melts well but this this I was stringy and hard . It sucked. Quality ingredients means good food!

I loved this taco shop. My main thing is carnitas burritos. Every time I used to come to Loreto’s their carnitas burritos reminded me why I loved this taco shop. Before I would rank Loreto’s tied for first with another shop I frequented. But this last time I went, well, they changed the recipe. It’s like they stewed it in a red sauce. And couldn’t taste the carnitas at all. It could’ve been any kind of meat but it sure didn’t taste like carnitas. It didn’t need that sauce it was stewed in. It just needed to be pork with a little pico and guac. There’s no longer a tie for number one. I could’ve posted this review with the one word I felt after eating it– disappointment. And yes I ate the whole thing because I hoped it would get better with the next bite but no– disappointment.

Came here for a late night snack . I was craving a bean and cheese burrito and my girlfriend got a carne asada plate. I also ordered a Jamaica. My bean n cheese burrito was an average size at an average price. It was pretty good I would go back and get it again. I tried my girlfriend’s carne asada plate and It was also pretty good. Not above average but the serving size was decent for the price. The meat could have used some seasoning but wasn’t bad at all and came with a nice amount of guacamole beans and rice. I would recommend it to a friend or family member if they were in that area looking for something open. I probably wouldnt go out of my way or be my first pick but I was happy with the service, purchase and experience. What do you guys think and what should I try next time ?

I’ve been coming here for a week straight due to my home being remodeled, I can’t cook so we go with the easiest route. A nearby fast food service . At least that was our case . I’ve bought different combo plates and today I re bought not 1 but 2 chilaquiles combo plate, I’ve bought this 2 times before today and they always had rice. Today wasn’t the case so I drove back hoping to get the missing item. I was Informed that plate doesn’t come with rice but I explained every plate I’ve bough has had rice . The combo plate is over 12$ it’s just tortillas cut up with sauce and an egg with beans :,) I spend 41$ today and everyday I’ve spent 30$-50$ you’d think customer service would’ve had the lady wanting me to come back , I’ve bought their large pina water which all overpriced but in the moment you’re hungry and as long as you get what you asked for you’re content. She didn’t care , she was willing to sell me 2 sides for an additional 6$ plus tax . I looked at her because I woke at a restaurant and my logic is to do anything I can to have paying customer leave happy and want to come back. That won’t be my case. I drove back home to cooled down food , the food today was flavorless , the beans tasted bland and the Chile relleno combo plate I got uses the same sauce used in the enchiladas which are stuffed with the cheese they use to top the plates. The sauce is very salty . The Chile relleno is stuffed with shredded cheese the same cheese they use to top it. It’s all overpriced . The chilaquiles have a tomato sauce that wasn’t seasoned and the tortillas I asked for weren’t the correct ones. Overall the saddest experience I’ve had and I won’t ever go through again.. I don’t recommend this place , take the drive and go somewhere else. Trust me …

Extremely slow service if you walk in instead of using the drive through. The floors are noticeably slippery with grease, there’s no restroom, one non-restricted parking spot, and the smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air. I ended up canceling the order and getting a refund after 40 minutes

I moved to spring valley in 2009. This Taco shop was the greatest price and amount of food. We’re in 2026. The portions are horrible. They’re small and the prices went up. Never going there again. It’s better to buy meat at the store and make it at your house. You get more for your money.
