Regularly come here but they don’t acknowledge us as regulars in any way. I came in and got a coffee yesterday and then came back due to spilling all over me and my car from an accident and they didn’t offer any humanity and recharged me for the drink. My other coffee places would have never done this. Do better caring about the local regulars in the area!
*response to owner- I would never swear and actually what I said was that “I am happy that at least your business profited off my accident” . However I am so happy to see that you would show the public how you lie about customers and make up these types of outrageous statements when customers provide legitimate feedback! I will make sure to let all of the area know about your unethical practices and my terrible experience!

Ive been getting my coffee from Lord Hill for about a year now. The main location is currently my go to spot because these ladies work very hard to please the customer while impressively handling the constant lines of cars in a timely fashion. Couldn’t be anymore thankful.

Best coffee in town.! They are more than accommodating. They truly care about their customers. Owner is always trying to find ways to help the customer experience and it truly shows!

This place is a few mins from my house. There are 3 more drive though coffee places in that neighborhood. It seems like more people prefer to get their drinks at Lord Hill espresso. I tried coffee at Lord Hill a couple times. The coffee was great and customer service is good. I would recommend this place.

The customer service is very good here. I personally value the conversations I have had here more than the quality of the coffee I receive. The 4am opener barista is always so kind and always makes my day!

$5 for a 12 ounce latte without flavor and it isn’t drinkable. I want to give my money to places other than Starbucks. Starbucks is just meh but at least I can drink it with some enjoyment. The latte I received tasted like chemicals/metal.

I got a frozen hot chocolate since I can’t drink coffee while pregnant. It was so delicious! The barista was super friendly and did a great job, my husband and I had a nice experience here.

I’ve been trying all the coffee places herein Snohomish county and this one is the worst. Every time, I get espresso or lattes and it’s watery, absolutely no creme or foam, and the espresso is flat. And watching them make it, she doesn’t even watch what she’s doing. She’s in a hurry, the creme from the espresso she throws out, and doesn’t really know how to make espresso. Not worth it.

Had a latte this morning gave a bad burn on my lips. Unsafe practices. Called about it and no apology for serving something that hazardous.
Re: there was no apology and those words are being put in my mouth I said it was a dangerous serving temp way above 160 closer to 180-200f° i spilled a bit on my self when its startled me and burned my chin and mouth im lucky I didn’t spill more or you would’ve have a really bad accident you would’ve caused. The coffee was hot enough to burn my skin.
