I’ve honestly had better & there was a lot of old fryer crap in it & fatty pieces of meat! Was really hoping it would be better! Pie was good as usual, but personally I think the oreo one would be a lot better with an oreo crust! Just my pov! This was the hog trough fries BTW! The strawberry pie is definitely the best!!! Philly cheesesteak & BBQ sandwich are pretty good as well.. fries are nothing special!

We eat here almost every weekend for steak night. It’s normally a 9/10. The last month or so we have been, the food has been downhill bad. Today 12/27/25 we had guest come in from out of state. We were excited to bring them to Lorado. The service was subpar but the food was horendous. Here is a photo of the Mac and cheese, greasy and watery. The cuts of New York strips were not that great. I’m not sure what’s happened the last few months or if we have just had bad luck.

Lorado’s never disappoints anytime we done there. This was our first time on a Friday night. They had live music and it was a wonderful addition. All of the staff are friendly and kind but I think we might have gotten the sweetest waitress born that night. She was attentive without being smothering. Anyway the place is always clean and my that’s a major plus in my book.
There were 3 in our party this time around. The two gentleman ordered their famous ½lb cheese burgers. One had a side of mushrooms and the other had seasoned tots. And they had some cheese curds. (I might have sampled a fried mushroom and a couple of cheese curds as well lol). I try to order something different every time so I got the 3pc catfish plate with onion rings. When I tell you I have to bring food home in a to go box every time we go here I’m no kidding. My only down side is they don’t have diet coke so I have to drink coke zero. And my diet coke fans will know what I’m talking about lol. Oh and when you go don’t forget to save room for a soft serve ice cream cone. And grab a huge bag of their in house made pork rinds! They are so delicious!

My husband and I have passed this place so many times going to Lake Friarson and finally decided to check it out. WE HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT! Everyone was super nice and the selection of drinks (alcoholic and non) was pretty expansive. And then the food, so delicious! We tried the fried pickles, brisket bites, and the pulled pork fries. The pickles were some of the best I’ve ever had, so crispy and perfect, the pickles themselves were so good we wondered if they were homemade. The pulled pork fries were also fantastic, the fries were super crispy, the pulled pork was tender and flavorful, and they actually put a large serving or it on, especially for the price! Our only very minor complaint was the brisket bites and that was only because we wanted more brisket in them because they were so good. All in all a very pleasant surprise and we can’t wait to go back!

Saw a post on FB and decided to do something new for supper. Called my order in at 11 to pickup at 4. Picked up food went out to the car and noticed my receipt said fried pickles as a side with one of my pork steaks. No biggie mistakes happen went back in with food and receipt and said that I was given fried pickles instead of a baked potato. Literally would have been no biggie they called a woman named Micah over and instead of her just saying “sorry for the inconvenience let me grab you a potato” which is all i expected. She said “it says fried pickles on your receipt” I said again yeah I know but I ordered a potato. She then said irritated “so you don’t want fried pickles” and I repeated again that I had ordered a potato. She then stated “well I’m gonna need those pickles back” and just laid down the potato and walked off. Almost like I was trying to cheat them out of some free fried pickles. It just totally rubbed me the wrong way. Food was really good but because of the uncomfortable interaction I won’t go back…….in response you never apologized your employee was very sweet and apologized AFTER your response of “well Im gonna need those fried pickles back” the interaction was rude and rubbed me the wrong way and I would have never known you were the actual boss.

I have driven to this location repeatedly on Friday and Saturday night to get a steak and I even went early tonight and arrived at 6 PM and they were already out of ribeyes! The last couple of times I’ve tried to be considerate and went ahead and just ordered something different although this was the ONLY reason I drove all the way up there. I mean, seriously, what kind of restaurant that is famous for steaks runs out of steaks before dinner time EVERY SINGLE TIME!? It’s ridiculous and I will not be wasting my time driving up there any longer in the future. Do better. I hate to say it, but I actually drove to Outback Steakhouse where at least I knew for sure they would have a steak when I got there!

Love this place. They listen to you and get your order how you want it!!! BEST STEAK AND BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! Nothing like the flavors in them—it’s addicting! I hope others find this place and check it out and give it a try! You won’t regret it! They are the kindest people ever too!! Steak so good ya don’t even need A1 to help it out! It don’t need any help with flavors or cooking—only help to eat it! Lorado rocks!

This is not a place you might think of when you want some catfish, but let me tell you, it was sooo good! The fish was fresh and the seasoned breading so crisp. And the hush puppies some of the best I’ve had. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Laredo!

Good burgers. Good prices for 1/2 burgers. They have a good perfect size menu with not too much and not too less. Clean establishment with nice and helpful staff. A little different ordering and service style on a weekday but that’s fine. Wasn’t busy. Have steaks and pork steaks on Friday and Saturday nights. Will definitely try that some weekend.

Food is great, staff could be a little more smiley and happy to see the customers who aren’t regulars, makes you feel more welcome as a customer. But that doesn’t impact the service or food or anything really, which is all great! Love when i used to use the cool little hitching post too, glad to be back in Arkansas and was excited for burgers here again, some of the best I’ve ever had, and i loved finally introducing my new husband to them!
