My favorite taco spot in Sunnyvale/mountain view to date – classics done well. Carne asada has nice grill flavor and no beef off taste. Lengua was also clean tasting and tender.

Almost everything here was great. The cleanliness, the staff, the atmosphere, the food prices, the horchata, the hand-made tortillas. Where concern came in is when I tasted all of the food something is missing from all the food – Salt. Seems the food here is low sodium. Maybe they cater to older people with health issues? Anyway, if you decide to eat here, make sure your table has a salt shaker. You will need it. By the way, food tastes better if salt is added to the food while cooking, rather than after.

Came in to get a torta. The person at the counter was super friendly, engaging, and offered a few suggestions as I was looking. Not sure if this location is new. There’s a grand opening banner still outside & the staff members active attentiveness seemed to indicate so. I ordered the torta with fries combo. And a horchata. Horchata was delicious. The torta out was kind of underwhelming. While every torta doesn’t need to be a mega torta with pounds of meat, the flavors and scale of mine didn’t really seem to impress. This is pretty close to me so I’ll probably come back and check out some other options another day.

Great authentic Mexican food and fair prices. Their salsas are really tasty and the food is always consistent. We get the super burritos and the taco plates. Their rice is also very tasty. Service is always good. Highly recommend this location of Lopez Taqueria along with the Fair Oaks location too!
