I got the enchiladas suisa and my husband got the mixed grill. The green sauce on my enchilada was super good in terms of temp, but not too spicy and very yummy when it cooled down a bit. My husband couldn’t eat all his so we had leftovers the next day. I also enjoyed their house margarita. Very friendly and I would recommend a visit.

Definitely disappointed, I did not like the majority of the food ordered. The queso fundido should be called something else, the cheese tasted grainy, not sure what gave it that consistency. My nachos were ok, but also had cheese that had a consistency I did not like. The meat was ok in the nachos. The tres leches cake was below average. The cake was not as moist as it needs to be. It was more of a bread pudding consistency, solid and not like a cake.

My friends and I found this restaurant on Instagram and decided to try it out. We had already looked at the menu to make sure everyone was ok with it. We get there and the place is so cute. It is currently decorated for Christmas and a whole vibe. This is where we almost left. Turns out the menu we viewed on their official website, wasn’t being used right now. Only their holiday menu. Which is on their website…but it doesn’t address that you can’t order off the normal menu. So we are looking for other restaurants in the area to go to since the holiday menu is so limited. We decided to ask our waitress about the menu situation and she’s like well we can still make the steak, chicken or cheese quesadillas. So we decided to stay and give it a try. We are so glad we did because everything was amazing. The queso, nachos, fajitas, quesadillas and mango salsa were wonderful. Drinks were amazing as well except for the smoky banana margarita. It taste like a campfire according to our entire table. Not much banana. I got a virgin mango margarita with sugar on the rim and it was the best mocktail I’ve ever had! Way better than a standard margarita. The two ladies waiting on us were super nice and accommodating too! We got the churros for dessert and those were amazing! Please take the menu off of your website that you’re not using because that almost caused us to leave and I’m sure we won’t be the only ones to complain about that. We will definitely be back.

Sooooo good! It’s a very small and intimate spot, but I think it’s better than seeing a bigger space with empty tables. The space is used well, and every seat was filled at one point or another while we were there. I recommend getting a reservation, so you’re guaranteed a table (that’s what I had done two weeks prior).
The food was DELICIOUS, the drinks were very tasty, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The menu is on the pricier side, but it’s a perfect date night spot, and my husband and I are excited to go back again. The queso fundido was INSANE in how good it was, and I think my husband won’t order anything else but the carne asada. I loved my shrimp tacos… the shrimp was so flavorful, and I can’t wait to go back and try a different taco or different menu item
The Mexican hot chocolate has an orange liquor flavor in it, that gives it a fruity finish, and the whipped cream was infused with horchata, and an amazing dessert drink. I also started the night with a citrus mint fizz that was very yummy!

I visited Lopez on 4/19/2025, and it was subpar. It’s very small inside but there are too many tables. Myself and my cousin sat near the window but had little elbow room because there were too many tables next to us. Even getting to the table was tight. The hostess sat a party of 6 next to us and we were pretty much playing musical chairs just to get in and out to use the restroom. The large party next to us was not pleased by how tight it was.
The food was also very subpar, I had the queso as an appetizer and my cousin had the corn fritters. Both were very bland and basic. I then ordered the Mexican 75 because I explained to the waitress that I’m a French 75 person so she definitely recommended the Mexican 75. I was very underwhelmed by how watered down it was. I think ordered the beef tacos and I was very underwhelmed. There wasn’t a flavor profile. Very bland and no flavor complexity… just basic and bland.
Overall, I would recommend or go out of my way to try this place. I would recommend they take away two tables on the bottom half of the restaurant and increase the flavor profiles of their entrees.

We were so lucky we went to their first night of a new menu. It was a limited menu . They charge you for chips and salsa two dollars. If you want more it’s another dollar things must be pretty bad over there. we started out with two Ocho tequila. Those were good, but from there on it went downhill. We’re looking at the menu. There’s nothing to order we ended up getting a taco salad. Listen to this. The taco salad did not have dressing. Ordered an enchilada with Mole it was terrible. our waitress was even embarrassed. She wasn’t any better didn’t bother to tell the manager unless she’s a manager how unhappy we were with the food we should’ve walked out like we wanted to, but we didn’t but I gotta tell you something I never go back there again Cleveland group you this restaurant went to hell.

Great atmosphere. Food was amazing and was plentiful. Got the esquite and quesabirria. Best Mexican around hands down! Servers were all very nice and joyful. Great establishment overall! They charge fair prices for the amount of food you get and the margaritas were fantastic. I will be going back

Was excited to try try food at Lopez 44 at Chagrin Falls location, but regretfully it was tasteless. No one in our party of four enjoyed their meals. Tacos were limp and falling apart, to the point that I could not pick them up. Even guac was tasteless. Very disappointed and will not be back. Do better!
