As someone who has never had the patience to write a review, tonight I am taking the time to write my first.
From the start we ordered 2 drinks, a raspberry creamsicle crush and a beer. We waited about 15-20 minutes for two drinks to come out. Not off to a great start but hey it’s Friday night I get it! We then ordered sampler wings, kids cheese quesadilla and a seafood quesadilla. Wait another 20 minutes on top of the 15 so 35 minutes for our food to come out, like I said it’s Friday I get it! When the food comes out I ask if the jerk wings were supposed to be a bare wing with slight dry rub I was told yes. Usually when you order jerk wings you don’t expect a dry rub… whatever I ask to switch them out with 4 bbq wings she says yes. At that point I had not touched my food yet. While waiting for the 4 wings I eat 2.5 of my 12 wings. After waiting about 30 more minutes for 4 wings, they never come! At that point I ask for my food to be reduced or taken off as I had barely touched it and the rest of my food was never brought out. The manager tells me no bc I ate 2.5 wings. Okay I asked before I ate my food if they could fix it I was told yes. So they refused to fix the issue, and said the manager was busy. I look up while boxing up my 2 year old cheese quesadilla and the manger is walking around with another woman drinking Starbucks and laughing. This is my 2nd bad experience here. The first time I thought I’d give it another try bc why not, the second was great although we only came for drinks and sat at the bar, the third was a final attempt and I will not go back.

I, once had a great experience ordering out at Looney’s Pub but what I experienced tonight, was by far the worst customer experience.
The first time order I ordered out and it was ban n shrimp and French fries, the sauce was delicious and on the side.
I ordered tonight, and requested the shrimp fried hard with fries, but when I got the shrimp, I checked the box, and they were soggy. I went back inside and asked if I can get a remake because of how soggy the shrimp were and I was denied a remake and was told I’ll be charged again because I did request sauce on the side.
For a to-go order that is being closed up and still hot…. Especially knowing I did not want soggy shrimp, why was the sauce even on there. I would like a refund and will be back up the store to speak with a General manager. After working and going out my way, I felt the customer service could have been better.

Wing sampler (honey old bay, yard bird, jerk): 8/10
Short rib tacos: 8/10 wish there a lot more of the green sauce. A lot of meat, pretty good.
Mozzarella moons: 10/10 amazing batter, very good.
Bang n shrimp: 9/10 comes with very little sauce, get more on the side, very good.
Cinnabon cheesecake: 10/10 amazing. Didn’t get the berries as advertised, didn’t need it.

The honey oldbay wings are to die for. The sweetness and the perfect consistency of the honey with the saltiness of the old bay have you drooling just from the aroma. And you can’t beat the pull on the mozzarella moons and might I add the best shape for scooping I ton of marinara and the crab dip is on point for Maryland. I llactually like the fact the salsa and sour cream are to the side keeps the nachos crispy especially with the melted cheese on top!

Maddie was our waitress she has a great personality and she was awesome! Despite the adversity with the loud music and large crowd she was able to manage to put our food and drink order effectively. She’s awesome! She deserves a promotion!

Ordered some wings today. We asked for some blue cheese and the hostess told us the blue cheese was already in there. When we checked it was not in there. So we asked her to get it and then she charged us and blamed it on the new menu prices. If the blue cheese was supposedly in the bag like she originally said, then we wouldn’t had been charged. But instead we had to pay. So she was inconsistent. The business may be busy but the service was trash. Either it is included with the wings or it is not included. But regardless when you order wings from places, you get BLUE CHEESE. It came off like she did not want to get the blue cheese simply because it was busy and lets not forget she lied about it being in there in the first place.

So I tried the brunch and it was a solid NO. Went back and had dinner, and it was awesome. Service was great, food was great, decent pricing. My only issue with the dinner was I had ordered my steak medium, and it came out well done. This happens almost everywhere I go though, and my name isn’t Karen so I ate it. It was still good. Solid crab cake, the Mac and cheese was delicious too. Seafood quesadillas were great as well. That crab pretzel puts other restaurants to shame!

I ordered the fish and chips and it was not good at all. The fish was heavy breaded, fried too hard and had no flavor. The fries were okay. I also ordered lemonade and that was watered down. Apparently they use water flavoring to make it. A rip off!

We had a great dinner at Looney Pub! Our server, Bree, was absolutely fantastic… friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. She made sure our food and drinks were perfect and checked in just the right amount without ever feeling rushed. Great service makes a good meal even better, and Bree really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend!
