I went to Looneys for trivia after a long day and weekend. It was a lot of fun. The questions weren’t too bad. Like definitely questions we could answer, the recall is the hardest part ESPECIALLY after having an orange crush. There was about 15 teams that participated and you have to get there early. We ordered a bunch of apps and entrees. I enjoyed my buffalo chicken dip and the fries are gas. It was so good. But I wasn’t a fan of my jerk chicken tenders. I ordered an orange crush which was also really good. Service was cool. The girl check on our table constantly to make sure we were good.
Honestly my coworkers and I would definitely come back again for happy hour or trivia. It’s a vibe.

This place is great! It’s one of my go-seafood places that within 20 minutes ⌚. Lots of seafood and carb heavy combo meals – it’s not a traditional seafood house or crab spot so it’s different in that way.
I arrived after wanting to look for something different after my friend and her husband hadd walked in the park for hours. Her birthday was recently, so I thought we could spend the day having fun. Food was are go-to after the park ️, and since we both love seafood this was a nearby spot!
They got Cream of Crab soups and I offered them some Hot Crab Dip. My main dish was the Chesapeake Fries and my to-go/take home dish was the Cream of Crab soup bowl. No regrets ✨✨✨

I loved it. Treated us out of town UW husky fans like their own fans. Great selection of beers. Be careful the food portions are huge!

Zero complaints about Looney’s. It’s definitely another place that usually has a wait, but they tend to seat people pretty quickly. The service has always been great, and the food is solid. You really can’t go wrong with wings and beer. They’ve got plenty of other options on the menu, but the wings are what I go for every time.
It’s also a great place to watch a game. It is a very chill atmosphere. Being so close to the University of Maryland is a plus too, especially since most spots near campuses keep their prices reasonable.

One dish took forever to come out – at least the server comped it but there wasn’t much of an apology and no acknowledgement for quite a while that one in our party sat without a dish. Lots of TVs with sports on. Can tell from the smell that it gets lotsa beer pouring action at night. Overall it’s a college bar with pretty good food.

A great bar to watch sports, over 30 screens. Happy hour is great. The Maryland crab soup was spicy and delicious, the fries and cheese and chicken wings were tasty. The bar tender was fun and kept or draft flowing. Nice place to have a brew.
