Very friendly customer service. The food was incredible. Best schwarma place i have tried yet, anywhere. My mom and I got the beef and sweet chili chicken platter with veggies. The flavors were delicious, solid portions, and just tasted very fresh/perfectly cooked. Highly reccomend and definitely want to have again

Honestly, I thought they weren’t going to follow my special instructions, but they did, and that attention to detail completely made my day. You can tell they really care about their customers. Honestly can’t get enough of their rice bowls and Shawarma wraps. Both the chicken and the beef are excellent, each a little different but both well portioned. I just wish they had more pickled turnips in the wraps. ❤️

I enjoy the food here but im over the customer service. I order feom door dash because thats the option they give you for pick up and asked for no salads on both my orders. Picked them up brought them home and both have decals of salad throughout. Meaning someone messed up and picked through my food to pull out the salad. Called to get a refund. They said I have to deal with door dash. Can not find any information for door dash.

Great and clean atmosphere, excellent quality and taste of the classic chicken on rice. Loved it! Also, loved the Wednesday special large bbq chicken over fries and salad tasted good.

Tried the falafel at Lonzo’s and it was really good! Crispy on the outside, soft inside, with plenty of sauce and fresh toppings. The portion was generous and filling, definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving falafel.

Very nice halal Joint in Sarnia, the chicken is freshly fried and so juicy. The beef and rice was lovely and the perfect size (small with no salad). There is a seating area outside.

We were really disappointed with our recent visit. We ordered the chicken on rice and the beef steak on rice, but both dishes were served completely cold. The “beef steak” turned out to be ground beef instead, which felt misleading. When we asked, the employee said everything was fresh, but we couldn’t understand how fresh food could be served ice cold.
We decided to try the fried chicken afterward, but after just one bite, we realized it tasted old and had an unpleasant smell. Considering the money we spent, this experience was very disappointing

I haven’t even finished eating my Smothered BBQ Beef over rice, and had to jump on to give my 5 stars!! The rice is cooked to perfection, their signature white sauce is delicious and full of flavor!!! This was my first visit and the gentleman walking me thru the menu was very helpful and made my first time a delight!! I’m always nervous trying new foods, because my spice level is a ZERO, and he told me not to worry and put sauces on the side for me, just incase…thank goodness for that or I would have missed out on that white sauce that put the dish to it’s optimal deliciousness lol. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Lonzo’s Kitchen!!
