Blt was cooked just the way i asked. Grits were a little to watery for my taste but still good. Waitress was perfect, maybe not super friendly but that’s ok with me 🙂 she wasn’t rude but i can see how the other reviewers that said she was could get that wrong. She wasn’t trying to make friends and nobody should have to lick your boots to get a decent tip. She was there when i needed her and stayed busy the entire time.

Stopped in for Sunday breakfast tradition with the guys. Always a good visit at Lonnie’s. Down home cooking, great service and good people. It was nice to stop in and and run into people we know. One of the guys had an omelette, the other had farmers bfast, eggs french toast, bacon hash browns. I tried the chicken fried chicken with eggs hash browns and toast. Food portions are reasonable and so are the prices. No complaints.

The servers are all very sweet and attentive. The food is good for the price and the portions are just right. It’s a smaller restaurant, so it does get a bit crowded and loud at peak times but definitely worth stopping by to have breakfast or lunch!

We’ve tried this restaurant a few times and the service always seems unfriendly and the food never comes out hot even though it takes a long time to get it. Room temp at best. And we’re talking breakfast here.

The restaurant could use a little updating, but the coffee & food was on point! Light fluffy waffles, homemade pancakes, delicious pancake syrup. The made some excellent crispy bacon & their sausage was very meaty & tasty. Chefs kiss to the chef on the eggs!! They were cooked to perfection. Keep up the great meals!
