Have driven past this place hundreds of times, finally stopped for breakfast, and I’m so glad we did. Food took a while, but wasn’t in a hurry so didn’t mind. Restaurant is dated, but clean and comfortable. Wait staff was very friendly and prices are reasonable. Will be back soon.

We were seated very quickly once ordered our food arrived very quickly as well all was great except for the service they all seemed very nice, but we were never checked on until we were ready to leave. we had to ask for condiments that were offered to every other Patron and if you pay almost 3$ for coffee you expect coffee with your breakfast not a 2/3 full cup at the beginning and never a refill until after you were done with meal good thing I asked for a glass of water along with the coffee even that never was offered a refill. Even when we waved to our waitress. I could understand if it was a packed house with one waitress on staff but it wasn’t. THe food though is the only reason I may give them a second try was very good. It hurt to not to tip when they askd if I wanted to leave one. I believe a tip is earned not just given .

Good atmosphere, server was checking on us. Food was ok I had the chicken salad. It was canned chicken it was not bad but can be butter especially on presentation. One thing for sure they have a VERY clean restroom which is very much appreciated.

The service was great and the food was good. Portion size was excellent. The place is not fancy but they delivered a reasonably priced meal for two hungry people. No complaints today!

We stopped for lunch on the way to South Padre Island. We had the fish basket special. All of the food was fresh, hot and delicious. Our server was very attentive and absolutely delightful. If all that wasn’t enough, a random stranger paid for everyone’s meals! We will definitely return when in the area.

The service was great. I ate thier fish plate. The fries were good but I think they should change their type of fish they serve from Basa to cod or Alaskan Pollock. These types of fish have a better taste.

We were told by a friend that the food and service was great and it was true. My wife and I enjoyed a good meal and the service was outstanding. It was our first time but will definitely not be our last. Our waitress explain the menu to us and we saw several plates that we would like to try.
