The food is what we go for. All you can eat sunfish and the loaded mashed potatoes are perfectly seasoned. The tartar sauce and aioli are made in house and the soup of the day never upsets. We always make reservations we travel an hour to eat here.

I was going to give this a 4 star review but when I started to really think about the experience, customer service, and quality of the food, it fully outweighs the fact that we sat down with coffee, espresso, and a bloody Mary but ended up with no spoon. I could have asked for one but I kept getting distracted by all the amenities this place comes with. A full bar with great attentive bartenders. Pull tabs of good varieties, the smell of good food and the great outdoors, the food was absolutely exquisite. We went for the Sunday Brunch special. More than satisfied will all the food we ended up with. Highly recommend this place if you’re a traveler like us or a regular in town family.

Went on a Wednesday evening. Food was damn good! Fries and a bison burger for me and was perfect. Service was a little slow but bartender had the whole bar area and only 2 servers for the whole restaurant.

We’ve dined here twice, about a year apart. Both times the food was hot and very good. Both times, we had to wait too long for our order, after it was taken. Once about 40 minutes and the other time about 30 minutes. The meals weren’t complicated – a hamburger and a chicken sandwich. And neither time was the restaurant over half full – we were there before or after the rush. They need to speed things up. Customers during the rush must be waiting over an hour!

Nice quiet atmosphere. Great adult beverages! Fantastic food! Had the beef pot roast and hubby had the 12 oz NY strip. Family friendly with a separation between bar and dining. Also, dining in the bar area.
