This is my first time. Going I ordered 2 cheese steaks both with different toppings. When I got home the orders were both completely wrong. They made me wait on my food for over 45 minutes and it was not busy. When I called back to tell them they messed my order the older lady with dirty blonde hair told me I was wrong and she got the order correct when I told here specifically “ I need two cheese steaks with different toppings. After she was done being rude over the phone she then hangs up on me. This company needs to hire new people who are capable of listening. And not rude with attitude. To the Longneck deli (manager). You should consider sending and undercover shopper so you can see how they truly act when you not there. Sincerely, A Highly disappointed customer. And the cheese steaks look for your self. Money wasted

Wow. Wow wow wow. What a great little hole in the wall deli! When I arrived it was pretty busy and took about 15-20 mins to get my food (next time I might order ahead). Inside, there is a wall of chips to choose from, and a few wall coolers of soda & tea. Also some specialty cold items like dips and salads. You can pick out rolls, pickles from the barrel, and much more. I ordered the large Special Italian, sweet peppers & vinegar on the side. The large is quite massive to put it lightly. It’s definitely family sized! It’s filled to the brim with ingredients. Brought me back to my childhood going to the deli with my dad. Worth the drive & wait! We’ll absolutely be back!

This is a carryout place. No where to eat in so not much of an atmosphere. Subs are very good, large and professionally made to order. There is an Ace hardware next store so while you wait for your food you can pick up some hardware needs. During the summer season it is usually too busy to answer the phone, so ordering ahead is difficult at best. In the off season it is much better. Be advised, if they run out of bread, they close, so don’t wait until late in the day. Lunch or early dinner is probably best to plan for, especially during the summer season.

ordered a large cheesesteak, it was the greasiest one i’ve ever had in my life.. grease everywhere all the way thru the paper and thru the bag.. it was dripping out as i ate it, i couldn’t even finish 1/8th of it bc all the grease was making my stomach hurt so threw entire large cheesesteak away. Also, very chaotic environment, will not return.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub with extra mayo and extra provolone cheese. I got there 10 minutes earlier than when they said it would be ready for pick up. I’m 5 mins away and been buying food there for over 15 years. Got home and steak was cold and so over cooked. It was so dry it gagged me. I couldn’t even eat it. Also there was no mayo and no cheese per my order and I was charged for extra cheese. Called LN Deli, they just kept hanging up the phone after they saying we r closed due to no rolls. They wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I called back 5 times. I will call back tomorrow and ask to speak to owner, mother who took my money and checked me out. Hopefully they will agree sub is nasty and either reimburse me or have someone that knows how to cook and read an order make me another one. ☹️☹️☹️

We were told of this Delano ths ago and my only regret is we didn’t go sooner! Great service! We were immediately met with friendly helpful staff! The menu is amazing with great hot and cold choices. Prices were fair for what we were served. The sandwiches were PACKED, best bread in town, delicious and perfectly prepared!! Will be a regular!!

This Delco transplant is great! They resource their rolls from Delco area. Cheesesteaks are better here than some places in Philly. I do suggest calling in an order, they get busy!

We ordered the large 18inch turkey Hoagie sandwich.
It truly was large, the roll was fresh, not dried out in any spots. The turkey and all the vegetables were fresh as well.
We would decently recommend Long Neck Deli to anyone who wants a great sandwich.
