I’m staying at Le Meridian in Santa Monica this week on business and it has been quite a memorable experience so far.
The restaurant- bar inside (longitude) is such a hidden gem, the service continues to be exceptional. Today, the bartender and staff, Flowers, Eden and Angel, were extremely hospitable. My partner and I had a poolside dinner planned, we ordered our dinner and everything was delicious, fresh and prompt. We ordered the Short rib and 1/2 chicken entree. It was getting a bit late and cold poolside and they took initiative and lit the fire pits to warm us up. It’s moments like this that creates an experience. They care, they’re kind and we felt absolutely welcomed. I’ll continue to dine, stay, and recommend this establishment. Kudos to Le Meridian, your staff and your hospitality. What a wonderful experience.

We’ve had breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Seating inside, outside and poolside, all enjoyable. Food tastes great, the dining manager is very helpful, and the workers, especially Angel, and super accommodating. The hotel is nice itself, but the waitstaff is the reason we come back to stay here.

Usually hotel food is alright, so we decided to play it safe and get a burger and it was actually really good. The patty was juicy, and everything was very flavorful. The fries were also really good, crispy, and well seasoned. Not sure about the rest of the menu, but I would definitely get the burger and fries here again.

Severe food poisoning. Ruined our visit to a beautiful hotel and city. They offered us another meal as compensation. Not going to happen again. Beware of the chicken sandwich. We thought it was green because of the avocado. Nope!!!!

We came here with our baby and really appreciate the restaurant in the hotel and the healthy options! It was easy to feed us and the toddler! Service was really great all the times we ate at the restaurant too.
