It’s definitely a good choice for a steakhouse in Tucson. Pretty good variety of amazing steaks, salads, soups and delicious sides. The restaurant is clean, but I felt it a bit smelly, they need to work on air circulation! Waitress and waiters are so friendly and prompt, you won’t need to look for them to serve you, they will visit your table frequently to check on your satisfaction which is great! Amanda was taking care and she was amazing!

Me and my bf went there to eat there yesterday June 29 and the service at first was alright we had to ask for our drinks to get refills, we were just having a conversation after we had ate when we noticed that there was tiny cockroaches on our table on the cutting board where our bread was it was disgusting we told a server he said I’m sorry that is so nasty let me get the manager, mind you we had paid already we just wanted to let them know we were about to leave the manager comes with an attitude already asking “what’s going on” we told her there was cockroaches on the table she just said “we’ll take care of it” and walked away. She did not apologize or anything about it we weren’t looking for a discount or anything we just wanted to let them know because it’s a food place and that is unsanitary. I was so mad and disappointed never again I will be going back.

The food was great! I had a T-bone steak with the adult Mac and cheese and a baked potato, and it was all amazing! My husband had a steak also with a sweet potato and broccoli. Every thing taste great except the sweet potato was very stringy and there was no seasoning.

Food and atmosphere was wonderful. The service, not so much. Never did get a drink refill, despite asking twice. There was 8 of us in our party, with 2 servers so that’s wasn’t the issue. No offer of dessert, felt like they just wanted us gone.

Longhorn steak house is always a great choice here in Tucson, their variety is vast and with delicious flavor, they have different kinds of salads, iced tea, soups, burgers and all with a great service. Waitress very helpful and explaining dishes and suggesting plates. Parking lot pretty clean and organized, proper signage as well handicap section. Mens restrooms need attention, floors pretty dirty and seems like it need a complete detail; you can tell that floors and sinks has been neglected for a good period of time, smells okay but it looks dirty. Restaurant overall is clean and good ambiance and service. Tables distribution are good, very spacious and clean; this location has a good amount of waitress and waiters, waiting time to be seated is fairly fast, asking for drinks and getting the drinks was very fast. Once we ordered our food we just waited five to seven minutes. Good variety of side dishes and their menu is self explanatory. Waitress came to check on us constantly and very polite. They have several televisions with different channels like sports of different kinds. I really recommend this restaurant specifically for their steaks with a great flavor and excellent service. Recommend one hundred per cent!

Have not been disappointed with this steakhouse yet!! Food was delicious and fast to come out. Our server Savannah was amazing! And she made us a great cocktail sauce for our shrimp appetizer which elevated the dish even more! Very affordable and THE place to go for a great steak!

Lauren was an excellent server who was attentive to our needs and concerns throughout the meal. She struck a great balance between being attentive and giving us enough time to enjoy our food and conversation without feeling rushed.
