I loved the food! The prices were high and unlike other restaurants similar to Longhorn there wasn’t a value section on the menu to save a little cash while dining in. I do know there are other ways to save money using the app as well though, I just forgot to this time. The waitress was great, it was her 5th day on the job but was very friendly and helpful.

Great food and excellent service from Nicholas! We ordered the Flo’s Filet and fries, and everything was cooked perfectly — the steak was tender and flavorful, and the fries were crisp and seasoned just right. My wife really enjoyed her glass of Pinot Noir, which paired beautifully with the meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Nicholas made the whole experience even better with his attentiveness and great recommendations. We’ll definitely be coming back soon for another great evening!

Overall the food was great, but my wife’s ribeye, & my porterhouse were pretty over done. We didn’t say anything to the server. They still tasted decent, but pretty dry. Other than that, it was good, & our server was very nice & attentive.

We chose LongHorn Steakhouse for my husband’s birthday dinner last night, expecting a quality dining experience. Unfortunately, the entire visit was extremely disappointing.
My entrée (shrimp) was served very cold, clearly not prepared or plated properly. When I brought this to the server’s attention, there was no genuine attempt to correct the issue. Instead, I was offered to have my food placed in the microwave, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant at this price point and reputation.
Additionally, my husband’s steak was not cooked to his requested doneness. This was mentioned to our server, yet again, no effort was made to resolve the issue. The server did not offer a replacement, did not involve a manager, and did not take any meaningful steps to improve the situation. Well except told us to do the survey that’s listed on the receipt.
There was a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care throughout our visit—especially disappointing given that this was a birthday celebration. The food quality and service response fell far below expectations.
We left frustrated and disappointed. This experience does not reflect the standards we expected from LongHorn Steakhouse, and we will not be returning.
