I would say the steaks are better than Texas Roadhouse but TR as a bigger menu. The food was good but our booth has seen better days. The lines were long at this location so come real early or later in the night.

The food here came out fairly quickly and accurate, extremely tasty! But the real star here was our server… my wife and i came here on valentines day, my server was Candace. D. She is by far the best server I have had in a long time, one of the only servers deserving of a good tip, drinks were filled without questions, conversations were short, but still very thoughtfull.

That estimate turned out to be… aspirational.
Actual wait time: 97 minutes.
And yes — I tipped 22% up front, apparently as a donation to the “hope this comes out eventually” fund.
Food was fine once it finally arrived, but next time just be honest so I know whether to order lunch or make dinner plans.

First timers tonight and we loved everything about our first experience. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and last but certainly not least our waitress Kenzie is the most amazing person and because of her we love this place. Kenzie is full of positive energy and she needs a raise asap!!!! Workers like her are hard to come by and Longhorn should consider themselves blessed to have her a part of their establishment. This is the first time I’ve eaten at LongHorn in Utah and it was disappointing. My steak came out room temperature. I didn’t want to, but I had to send it back. My husbands plate was somewhat warm, but my entire plate was almost cold. It did take quite a whole to get our food after we ordered it. The waitress apologized and took it back to get it reheated.. I ordered a medium rare, but of course reheating it cooked it to a medium. The steak was flavored OK. spinach dip was OK, my corn didn’t really have flavor and wasn’t crunchy. I usually rate LongHorn Steakhouse higher for food quality over places like Texas Roadhouse (which is great!), but this was a huge letdown. Not coming back.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse! I have been for both Lunch and Dinner and I’ve ordered a variety of things from the menu and I can honestly say everything is really good! My GoTo’s are White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms to start, the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich for Lunch and Flo’s Filet and Shrimp for Dinner. But everything is good! Thought for sure I would have some good pics on my camera roll, but I couldn’t find any! I guess I’m too focused on devouring my food!
I cant forget the servers! They are very friendly, attentive and good at their jobs!

Our waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She made our experience even better, and we’ll definitely be back because of her. Highly recommend!

I decided to start a tradition of mom-and-son dinner dates, and this was our first one just the two of us. Our waitress was friendly and had a positive attitude, but after taking our order she didn’t check back on us for a long time.
When the food arrived, my steak was missing the parmesan crust I asked for and was cooked extremely rare instead of medium. I hadn’t touched my food for about 15–20 minutes while my son finished most of his mac and cheese. During that time, the waitress walked past our table multiple times but never stopped to check on us, despite us trying to get her attention.
When I finally was able to speak to her, she said she would fix the steak but left without taking it. Another 10 minutes passed before she came back to take it, and by then my son was completely done eating and ready to leave. I ended up asking for to-go boxes and the check.
I’ve never had issues here before, which is why this experience stood out so much. I hope this was just an off night and that her service improves, because I usually enjoy LongHorn and would like to continue coming back.

Used to eat at longhorns all the time. However in the last year or two, the steak quality has dropped. Use to be super juicy, buttery, fall apart. ALMOST cut it with a spoon. Now it’s more like that of a family diner. Not to say “bad” but no longer my go to steak place. Ruby river was the same, and now has the same issue. I don’t know if steak quality in general has just become worse. Rather than inflate prices they opted into a cheaper meat vendor? Not sure.
Everything else is still great. Still love the bacon mac n cheese, salad, drinks, other entrees like chicken etc etc. At this point, we no longer go there for steak, basically everything else.
Service and atmosphere are still great. Only complaint, the steak cut/quality.
