My family and I went on opening night, the wait was about 45 minutes, not too bad considering it was their first night. Joining the waitlist is super easy and convenient. All of the staff was great and super attentive. Food was delicious! The only complaint we had was much of the food was a little over-salted. Ive seen some other reviews mention the same, hopefully that is something they will correct. Our steaks were all cooked to how we requested, my redrock shrimp was cooked perfectly too. We will be back!

We went there for Friday dinner and the place was packed, but a decent wait time of 20 minutes wasn’t bad at all. Food was really good ant tasty. But Food took a little longer to get to our table. service is kind of slow and still on the learning curve.

Took over two hours for lunch in our group of 5.
Staff didn’t keep us updated and gave the excuse that they had several large parties, when in fact they had only three larger groups over 5 people, averaging about 7 per table, including ours. One group had already been there before we arrived.
The food arrived not hot at all, although the waiter kept saying to be careful for the “hot”plates. They felt like they had been sitting under a warmer.
Although the steaks looked ok, most of the food looked and tasted mid. The lobster chowder was flavorless and tasted super processed.
We waited for another ten minutes for to go containers, for some of the group, when we just had to go ask someone for them.
Not a good experience during a slower Monday lunch hour. If you dare to go, plan on spending at least two hours for lukewarm food and subpar service.

First time at this location since we are frequent customers at the Longhorn in Riverton/District location. Stop by this new location in Weat Valley while in the area. We had 8 in our Family group and celebrated Birthdays. Friendly service and good food. A little slow on the service but our waiter took care of our needs really well. Definitely will come back here to dine.

The renegade sirloin and grilled shrimp was a great choice, the seasoning on the shrimp makes it all so delicious. The steak is okay but it’s the cheapest one so it’s okay. Great service with always asking for refill. Darker but warm setting.

This place is fire! Steaks were cooked to perfection and actually cooked the right way, as asked, unlike other steakhouses who overcook it. So exciting to have this in west valley. The wait was wild so we ordered takeout and the take out was out together and packaged perfectly . Food was Amazing . Mashed potatoes are to die for . Steaks amazing . Had a great experience, but when me and my wife were seated it took about 20 min for someone to come and take our drink order and was told our server would be with us soon. Our server took another tables order that arrived ahead of us and we were still not acknowledging by the server after another 10 min. The great Corey I think was her name came and took over and was a great server. She made us feel seen and was great checking up on us.

For opening week had an amazing experience here !! The staff while new was attentive and you could tell they love what they do.. I was reasonable since it was opening night. The peppered steak salad was was good however the steak was a little “Too” peppered. But overall still good. Had some potato soup that was absolutely delicious.
Patrick was our server who was absolutely amazing. He knew the menus, had great recommendations.! Not sure if he is a manager, but if not he should be.
I definitely will be returning to try out more menu items ..
