My husband and I had a top notch date night dinner here!!
The service was super friendly and fast. Everything was absolutely delicious, the drinks (so beautiful), the bread (so soft), and the steaks oh my goodness (so satisfying). I got the 7 Pepper Steak that was a special and it was fantastic!!
I highly recommend this place and we will most definitely be coming back!!

My spouse Kevin and I went to dinner for our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Saturday evening about 4:30 pm.

It was crowded but there wasn’t a wait at that time. An hour later there were multiple people waiting to get in.

We ordered a steak to share. I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade and a Strawberry Salad, and Kevin had a regular salad to go with the meal. I asked for the Raspberry vinaigrette to be on the side.
The Strawberry Lemonade was fantastic and under $4.
The steak was so good. Kevin’s salad looked fine. My salad arrived with the vinaigrette already on and there was a significant portion of the salad made up of the yellow bitter part of a lettuce head. If there had been just 1 or 2 pieces, that’s normal, even 4 or 5 pieces– I wouldn’t be mentioning it, but this was significant.
( See picture. I did eat a couple of pieces to check on the bitterness which could not be hidden by the vinaigrette. )
Service was fine. We were happy that the meal was under $50.

Seems as it’s going down hill and I would avoid this place. Only reason it got 2 stars is cause the steak was better than average. Waited at the bar for quite some time last night, but no service. I decided to leave and come back today. Food was mid. Loaded baked potato was bad. I told the bartender, but her reply was maybe it will be better next time. Very poor customer service and conflict resolution. Used to go here fairly often, but I would look else where to celebrate.

We had to sit and wait for a bit before we could get seated, they were very busy.
The wait wasn’t very long and it was worth it.

First night after arriving in the states from the UK.

Had the tomahawk steak, which was seasoned and cooked very well.
Started off with a portion of shrimps, which tasted really nice but for a starter was far to big.

Had good food with very attentive and friendly service. We ordered three appetizers/starters, which were all plentiful and came with good sauces. My wife asked for honey mustard, and the server was quick to get some for her. My wife got the spicy chicken bites, which were tasty (not super spicy), but she felt she’s enjoyed tgst dish more in another Lonestsr location. The Wild West shrimp was pretty good. Favorite was Firecracker Chicken wraps. Had a good kick of flavor and a nice mix of cheese and chicken. Bathroom was clean, and drink refills came often. Sweet tea was good.

This used to be my favorite, go-to celebration restaurant. The last 3 times my partner and I got steak here, we each spent the following hours locked in our restroom. Once is bad luck, twice is questionable, three times is clearly a pattern.

The service on this most recent trip was atrocious. Each trip also saw increasingly worse service until last night we had a stoned out greeter and a waitress that tried to tell us what we ordered incorrectly. She wasn’t even our waitress, she just brought the wrong food and said “No, you ordered this.” Our actual waitress was fine, but clearly in a rush. That’s perfectly fine, busy nights happen. Someone else telling us that the wrong food is ours is NOT.

There was also a group of employees that kept hovering around the front door doing nothing while the servers ran around for their lives. And the whole group kept staring at everybody like they were trash. It was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had outside a McDonald’s. The hours in a bathroom after didn’t help.

I miss when I recommended this place to everyone. No, there’s no one I’d tell to go here.

I went here for lunch around noon on the 12th of June. I was eating for one and ordered a 12oz steak with one glass of water. The meal was $26.00 before tax. The steak seemed slightly more cooked than what I asked for, but it still had a decent amount of moisture to it. The seasoning seemed fine, not too salty. The service wasn’t bad but minimal. I was alone, and I was low maintenance, so it was fine for me. I tipped 22%, but honestly, I could have left like $3.00 because of all that.

The server was knowledgeable and patient. The food was amazing, restrooms very clean. The steak melts on your mouth. For 4 people, 2 apps, 4 entrees, 4 alcoholic drinks, and zero desserts the bill ran around $220 for anyone curious about prices.

Went here on Homecoming Weekend for CSU on Satyrday. Surprisingly it was busy but only about a 20 minute wait! Variety of steaks was good and our table had 4 different choices, all cooked properly. Server was personable, efficient, responsive to personal requests. She also was good on upsale recommendations without being pushy. Drinks, steaks, sides were all very well prepared. Prices are not cheap , but worth it for a mid range steakhouse.
