Save your hard earned money. This is specifically for the location in Thornton, Colorado, but I suspect it is the same across the chain. The staff on the front end were nice, but the restaurant looked dirty. The kitchen staff seem to lack talent. The food was way over salted (everything, meat, veggies, etc.), probably to hide the lack of quality. Would not recommend nor go back.

5 star service all around. The customer service was great. Our waitress respected our time to decide from all the delicious choices on the menu.
Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Shrimp was crispy and juicy with the peppers. Perfect combination. The salmon was grilled just right on a bed of rice. The salad was crispy and fresh. I savored every bite. The most enjoyable night dining out that I have experienced in quite a while. Highly recommended. I will dine here again.

One of the better common steak chains, much better than the Texas roadhouse, outback, on par with Saltgrass.
Nice steak, cooked right to order.
No reservation, however, they do take call ahead 1 hour or so before the time. We called ahead so our very large party didn’t need to wait at door.
Good services, did not mix up orders (Texas road house can’t keep smaller party’s order straight.)
Quieter place, and brighter setting unless you preferred to eat in the dark.

So disappointed in the lunch special. I got the steak salad and the lobster/shrimp bisque. The steak was very well cooked, but I got a few small pieces. The lettuce was not fresh,it was the hard middle pieces. And the soup had microscopic lobster and shrimp because I couldn’t find any! It was all corn and mushy potatoes.

Went here for my Birthday and was disappointed. I got the Longhorn Steak the Porterhouse and it was tough like a Dollar steak. My girlfriend and my mom split a t-bone steak same results tough like a Dollar steak . The table sitting directly behind us which is actually connected to our booth had their cell phone blasting like it was a concert. Both the manager and the server brought food to there table with the music and news ️ blasting I mean loud and said absolutely nothing. If this was McDonald’s or outside of McDonald’s sitting at the picnic tables the noise would be acceptable but this is a professional establishment. LongHorn Steakhouse choose to improve 2-⭐⭐’s

I’ve been here a dozen times. Each time it has always been good. Service is good. Food is as ordered. Never wait more then 20 mins for food to arrive.
If I had to complain it’s always busy and always have to wait even on a Tuesday afternoon at 230p.
I will never return the fortcollins location. I’m sick of cold food when my friends is piping hot. Sick of thier games and cat and mouse attitudes. Can’t ever get consistency. The food is either never seasoned of so over seasoned you can’t eat it.

This was our second time here. Since we live far up here in Frederick it’s kind of hop Skip and jump to go down there but it was definitely worth it. The food was good. Service was good. It wasn’t really super busy since it was in the middle of the day, my wife’s brussel sprouts were kind of cold. I guess they were waiting on the steak to be finished, my burger was really good. The only problem is it’s too big who can eat a half pound burger after cooked I couldn’t and I love hamburgers, my suggestion is to make it smaller, start with a third lb and let it cook to a quarter pound. It was just too big. I don’t think I would get that again the next time we go!. But overall it was really good
