I visited LongHorn Steakhouse around 6:20 PM and was seated by about 6:35. My server was very nice and greeted me right away. However, after about 30 minutes I had only received my salad while people who were seated after me were already getting their food.
I asked a manager, Stacy, to check on my order and she told me it would be ready in about five minutes, explaining that the restaurant was busy. A few minutes later, my server informed me that my food had actually been delivered to another table.
My server was kind, but she didn’t check back with me until she had to tell me my food had gone to the wrong table. I don’t expect to be checked on constantly, but some communication about why my food was taking so long or an update on my order would have been appreciated.
I understand that restaurants get busy, but I was dining alone and I believe every table should be treated as a priority regardless of party size. It was disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying a steak dinner.
I do appreciate that Stacy applied a $5 discount, but I would have preferred honest communication about what was happening rather than being told it would be ready soon. I ended up waiting close to an hour and asked for my food to go. Mistakes happen, but clear communication would have made the experience much better.

Full bar available. Friendly service. Good food. I ordered the shrimp kabobs – delicious. I forgot to take a pic of the loaded baked potato soup which was, also, very good. My husband had the steak and baked potato. He said they were good.

When i come its Usually a great experience. Great food, great drinks, good vibes all around. Unfortunately they are not consistent. During lunch its great! My steaks are always cooked perfectly, great flavor and the margaritas are amazing. At night though, sometimes I get a good steak, or I get a steak swimming in clarified butter, a drink that looks nothing like the picture/ taste how it was described, or an amazing drink. I dont mind a little butter on my steaks, but I dont want to feel like America is about to invade my plate on how much there is. I recommend going for lunch if youre coming here.

Party of 5 for supervisor’s birthday. Western decor adorns the walls and different areas. I ordered the 14 oz prime rib medium rare with rice pilaf, and side of potato soup. Steak was done just right, sper tender and moist, melts in your mouth, the rice pilaf was tasty and the potato soup was delicious. My coworkers ordered the chopped steak covered in onions and mushrooms with bake potato, both stated the steaks were delicious and made to order. The boss had half a rack of baby back ribs with a side of fries, boss stated the ribs were fall off the bone tender, super juicy and tasted great. As this was a company gig, we all had soft drinks and sorry to say no alcohol. The price per plate was average and definitely not over price. The service was great especially since it was the lunch time rush. Will definitely return off the clock so I can sample the alcohol selection.

Such a good place with good drinks and food! Waiting time was normal for a party of 2. Onion rings were delicious! And the steak was perfectly cooked! Staff is very nice and place is clean and nicely kept up

Paid 26.49 for the thinnest NY strip I have ever seen. I was coming off a 48hr fast and wanted a good clean steak. It was not cooked medium and it tasted old and cheap quality. Almost Like they went back there and deliberately looked for the worst example of a NY strip to unload on some sucker, well today that was me. Im not sure if they got a cook that dont care or they are buying cheap meat but this place was my go to for steaks, not anymore.

Slow service got our appetizers roughly 30-40 mins after we sat and orders and then I ordered the half rack with chicken Parm… The chicken turned out good but man the ribs were so dry, even the Mcrib tasted better.

I cannot believe it when I say this but this place outdid salt grass! The ribeye was chard to perfection! The strawberry salad and grilled chicken was delish! And the mango lemonade was very refreshing. Mike did a very good job serving us. To be fair, when we arrived, there were somethings that they didn’t have (the free bread, decaf coffee, and the New York Strip) but thankfully Mike helped out and we were still able to enjoy our order. This Longhorn (especially for having Mike) did a very good job!
