The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was impeccable, not a spot of dirt or dust to be found. The food, as always was amazing. We all loved the cheeseburgers, my son devoured the steak. Just an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone at LongHorn for making this such a great experience!!

I came in with higher expectations. Service is great. The restaurant’s exterior is very inviting, but the interior could use some TLC. As for the food, the steak, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese were excellent. However, some of the sides were overly salty.

Salad arrived before appetizer; then steaks arrived. Waiter apologized; we canceled app. The steaks had good flavor and were accurately cooked; yet came out cool, not hot. Flo’s filet was not what we have had at other Longhorn’s. Thinner and wider diameter. Not the filet of a ribeye. Appetizer was a forgotten item and became a distant memory. Busy, yes, but tables moving and not completely full. Women’s room was desperate for attention and when notifying hostess station (which had 4 young ladies standing there); not one made a move to address; instead; was cheerfully told; we will look into it. I reiterated; there is NO tissue in any stall. Please address! To pay $28+ for 2 steaks and not have tidy restrooms; sad!!!

Came here the other night and had the chicken friend chicken and it was delicious! Luckily Serenity my server mentioned it came with 2 sides and they were both delicious. I recommend the sautéed brussel sprouts! Overall my dine in was great, the manager Mark also stopped by to make sure everything was tasting good. If you haven’t gone yet you should!!!

We were seated pretty quickly as we went just before 10pm. Waited about 10 min before our server came to get our drinks order. It was overly loud in the restaurant, made it hard to even hear a conversation across the table. Food was ok. My fillet was way undercooked and my wife’s was way overcooked. The asparagus was a little over seasoned. All in all it wasn’t bad but could have been a lot better for the $35 a piece.

Our server, Isabella, was courteous and professional. The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms. My wife’s steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned for her taste. Mine was perfectly cooked, but as I’m not a fan of much salt or pepper, my steak was a bit overly seasoned. That was on me since I didn’t inform them. The crispy okra was excellent. My wife was pleasantly delighted by the sample of okra that I had given her.

Just had dinner here tonight at the New Braunfels location, and I must say everything was on point. Our server, Jennifer, was incredibly informative and full of charisma, always making sure our drinks were full. The manager, Mark, checked in to ensure the food met our expectations, making our dining experience a solid 10/10. My family and I will definitely be revisiting this location.

I had my husband place an online order to pick up. We chose longhorn because they offer curbside and I had my 5 year old and 4 month baby with me. Initially I checked in through the email and waited and waited. Finally after about 20 mins I called. Sherie said she’s too busy to come outside with my order, that I had to come inside (literally those were her words) . So made arrangements and finally came inside. Come to find out her area (the bar area) was completely empty and she was putting up chairs. There was maybe 2 customers in the whole restaurant dining in. I was just baffled from what I saw. I’m hoping next time I order food (which was amazing by the way; kotos to the cook) I won’t get that type of customer service.
