Ordered the shrimp appetizer dish which came out and it was good and bread loaf. Main courses got a 12 ounce ribeye. The ribeye was cooked well. What I didn’t enjoy about the ribeye was that it was very thin probably 1/4 inch. Also there were large clumps of char on top of my steak not just the grill marks. Mashed potato and the salad were good. If I were to go back I would try a different steak from what I got because I don’t enjoy it when they’re that thin.

Came for dinner on Friday night. My nephew and I both ordered our steaks medium. My steak came out pretty rare and his was almost well done.
We sent the steaks back and I was very specific that my steak was to be put on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes. When it came back, It was medium well so I’m sure that the grill cook put it on the hottest portion of the grill and covered it with a lid or a press.
It should have been placed on a medium portion of the grill and been left to come up to temp slowly.
My loaded baked potato was NOT loaded and very dry and bland. For $3 extra it should have been both loaded and flavorful.
My steak was lacking flavor and the entire experience was under whelming and disappointing.
No money was deducted or dessert offered for having to take both steaks back because ya know, being a steak house you would think that at least one steak hitting the table would have been correct. I have managed 3 steak houses, it’s not that hard to get steaks cooked correctly.
I will not be returning at least not to this location. Do better.

I love their shrimp and lobster chowder. It never disappoints. If you like a good Ribeye this is the place. Sometimes the spices are hot or miss so I tell them to add extra. Gets busy on Sundays, so there maybe a wait. We’ll be back.

I love the food here and I appreciate that the restaurant staff keep the lamps and decorations well dusted. The employees are clean and well dressed.
Today I had the pleasure of being served by Noah who did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was friendly and did not make me feel rushed. There were no mistakes with my order and he did a great job of checking in on me without being too disruptive.
I appreciate that he ended our interaction by saying: “Get home safely.” Thank you, Noah, I did. 🙂

Everyone’s steak was cooked as ordered. I had the lobster tail and filet which was delightful. Also had a Caesar salad and french onion soup which I have no complaints about. Server was very nice, great personality. Service as a whole was slow. We got our appetizer before we got our drinks, then it took forever to get the food, then it took forever to get the check. 1hr 50mins of being there.

I’ve eaten at several Longhorn locations over the years and they have all been clean, had great service, and served delicious tasting food. This location was no different. The strawberry salad, stuffed mushrooms and firecracker chicken wraps are amazing. The steak or chicken with the parmesan crust is so good too.

I visited longhorn on Sat 1-30-2026. I had called about a half hour before my arrival and spoke to an employee named Doug. I asked if there was a wait and he said it was about 30 minutes. I asked if I could call ahead and reserve a table and he put myself and my partner down. When we arrived at the location, 2 minutes before our original call in time we were told it would be a 20 minute wait still. We were upset but stuck out the wait time, which ended up being closer to 30 minutes.
After we were sat, we were not greeted by our waiter for another 10 minutes, they were busy but we had no idea who was even serving our section, let alone a “I’ll be with you as soon as I can”. When we were greeted, my partner and I both ordered a margarita and had perused the menu for so long we immediately ordered our food as well.
Our food came out about 20 minutes later, I wasn’t too upset about the cook time. However my partners steak was not cooked accurately and at this point we were both very upset. Our waiter did have the issue corrected, but by the time the steak was remade I had already just about finished my food and we didn’t get the chance to eat together. Reminder, I have fully finished my meal and my partner is just starting to eat her food and we STILL have not got the bar drinks we ordered at the start of our night. Those came last…
