We wanted steak last minute and decided to go to longhorns. I was a little hesitant because we got there at 10:00 pm and they close at 11:00. I was worried the food was not going go be good because it was the end of the day for them, but man they really wowed us. What a wonderful experience from start to finish in all aspects! The food was really good, served to the perfect temperature, and came out in a timely manner. The customer service experience, however, was spectacular! I mentioned to our waiter, Alex P, that my boyfriend’s mother is very ill, in the ER and is craving clam chowder. Low and behold…. Two to-go clam chowders, FROM A NEIGHBORING RESTAURANT, arrived at our table at no charge! The GM, Noah, also came to our table to wish her a speedy recovery!
