This was our first visit. The service was outstanding! Stacy was our waitress. So nice and outgoing! I didn’t eat the steak but my partner said it was just ok and that he’s had much better. My chicken salad was delicious and huge! It was my birthday so they gave me a Sunday and that was a nice treat! The salads were crisp and tasty. I got thousand island and I would definitely get it again! Great experience and dinner except for the steak being just ok.

First time visiting Longhorn (we’re usually patrons of Texas Roadhouse), and LET ME TELL YOU, the food was so much better here. Don’t get me wrong, I love my cheapo Texas Roadhouse, but the taste, flavor, and quality at Longhorn is just superior in every way.
My father-in-law was visiting from Mexico and he was not impressed with other steakhouses. They could never cook his steak the way he wanted. As soon as he took a bite of his steak at this establishment he was blown away. So happy, less hangry, it was a win-win.
Also I need to give a shoutout to our server, Seth. He was phenomenal. I love that he repeated our order to us and made sure to emphasize the level at which we wanted the steak cooked. My parents in law don’t always have the best English, which has ruined their steak at other restaurants due to not fully comprehending the temperature at which they are cooking the steak. Him repeating what they ordered and emphasizing the temp and level of pink in the steak was sooooo helpful you have no idea. He was just stellar in every facet. Service, attentiveness, personability, timeliness, but not overbearing. Give him a raise! One of the best servers I’ve ever met.

Great food and great customer service. They accidentally messed up my wife’s sweet potato (put loaded baked potato toppings on it) and they promptly fixed it. The restaurant was packed on a Friday night, but the staff did a great job.

Our party of eight arrived in two groups, and those who arrived first were told they had to wait until everyone was present before being seated. Fortunately, we were just down the road. Once seated, our server was fantastic—very helpful, offering great drink recommendations and answering all our questions.
The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried onion, which I highly recommend! The children’s cheeseburger was a great size, and we appreciated the generous portion of extra pickles—my daughter was thrilled! I ordered the 7oz salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful, though my broccoli was a bit too salty. Others at our table also noticed some dishes were slightly over-salted, but overall, everything was delicious and well-prepared.
Service was great, though refills could have been more frequent. However, our server seemed very busy with several large parties, so we understood. The meal ended on a high note with a special birthday dessert that was absolutely delicious! Despite minor issues, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

My family and I dined in tonight during an extremely busy evening, and our waitress, Sherry, was absolutely amazing. Despite how hectic the restaurant was, she stayed calm, attentive, and on top of everything — honestly, you would have thought she was the manager.
My steak came out overcooked, and I was more than understanding given how busy it was. Sherry handled the situation so well, checking on us consistently and making sure we were taken care of. She was more communicative and attentive than the manager who came by to apologize, and that really stood out.
Sherry truly goes above and beyond for her guests and makes sure they feel valued throughout their entire dining experience. Any establishment would be lucky to have an employee like her.
Thank you again, Sherry, for your warm, kind, and friendly service from the moment we sat down until we walked out the door. LongHorn Steakhouse in Oswego is truly blessed to have you. I pray you have a wonderful New Year — we will definitely be back because of you
