We arrived to a packed 4pm dinner rush with reservations and only had to wait about 10 minutes, which was good. Our waiter Tariq was all around amazing & expedient in service! He always had a smile, made sure we had everything we needed & more. He was attentive to the specifics of our orders & very polite. The food was delicious and prepared correctly while not having to wait too long.

Went here to celebrate my birthday. Had the longhorn steak and baked potato. The steak was soft and cooked well. The potato could have been bigger. The bread was delicious, the dessert was HUGE, but soooo good, it melts in the mouth. Nia my server was great too. Would most likely go back.

We stopped here for lunch our waiter was Juan. The restaurant wasn’t very busy we did get our food fast and the waiters suggested things which was nice as an add-on if you were interested.

The food here was absolutely amazing and the server was fast, friendly, and pleasant! The only thing is this place is extremely dirty! When I went to the bathroom the trash can was literally running over; the dirty napkins were piled high and there were even some on the floor. At our table there were napkins under our table that were not ours and there were even dirty napkins under a table across from us before they sat the other customers down. We barely could enjoy our food because they’re were files flying all around we had to keep swatting them while trying to eat so we ended up rushing through our meal! Potentially out of their control but we were literally sitting with the party behind us. They have wayyyy too many tables in here were it feels like one big happy family is all eating together. If you need to get up you can’t because you’re blocked in by other parties. I know business has increased but they have wayy too many tables in there which also makes it hard to enjoy your meal!

Last night was by far my worst experience. I get they were busy but they sat my party of 5 in the bar area I had 3 children with me all single digits. Then I placed my order. I ordered adult beverages the appetizer & the kids food n drinks. Food came out drinks came out but I never received any water….. since when they don’t bring out water without asking? How was I goin to ask when my waitress never did a check back or brought out any of my food???? I still proceeded to order an entree after expressing my disappointment but ended up takin it to go because the excuse on why I didn’t get any was just utterly degrading as a human. Not only was my bill almost $200 i still tipped but will no longer take my business there. The manager needs to be retrained as well as the servers…… giving me a water to go was an insult period point blank & honestly what could’ve been a five star meal turnt into a 1 star very quickly. As a customer my dining experience was not met & for this to be such a great restaurant normally I feel they should’ve done better.

I had a wonderful meal while dining at Longhorn. We were greeted professionally and politely. My mother was my guest, and the seating was comfortable. The dining area was very clean. I had the best pork chops I’ve had in years. The asparagus was seasoned to perfection—large in size, not small and thin, just the right size and amount. My guest had a rack of lamb, which she devoured! She also had mashed potatoes and spinach with her meal.
Ask for FRED!! You will not regret his service given. Fred made our experience one of the best evenings we’ve had in a while. He was attentively pleasant, energetic, knowledgeable, and displayed excellent people skills. We had a stimulating conversation with Fred, and after placing our order, our food was brought to us in less than ten minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a more flavorful meal or a better waiter than Fred. He truly made the experience unforgettable.

I went to LongHorn in Tinley Park for dinner. The resturaunt was clean and there were plenty of kind staff buzzing around keeping things going. It was a Friday night and we only waited 5 minutes for a table for two. We were sat at the booth that was literally 8 feet from the bathroom. This was kind of annoying because there were numerous booths open in the section next to us, with people at some booths and tables so section wasn’t closed. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She brought us hot bread and butter while we decided what we were going to have. I had a 12 oz. ribeye, med rare, with steamed broccoli and a side Cesar salad. We didn’t wait long for food, maybe 20 minutes. It was cooked perfect, my only complaint is that both of our steaks were so salty they were almost inedible. But man were they good. The decor in the resturaunt was very nice, all western themed and lots of character. My final and probably biggest complaint is that it was super hot in there. Not just in the back where we were sitting but the whole resturaunt. Granted, it was snowing outside… but the heat was a definite uncomfortable component to our whole meal. We spent about 72 dollars for 2 people to have dinner. All in all I would go back if we had a better table and wasn’t so hot.

I ordered takeout and overall had a good experience, with a few notes worth mentioning.
The wait:
My food wasn’t ready at the scheduled pickup time. I waited about 20 minutes past the takeout time, pulled up to the assigned number, and it still wasn’t ready. I eventually had to get out of my car and go inside to get it sorted.
The food:
Once I got it—worth it. I had the ribeye, and it was cooked well, flavorful, and held up surprisingly great for travel. Everything was packed securely, no spills, no mess, and the temperature was still solid when I got home.
One main complaint (and it’s small but important):
Online, you can order a loaded baked potato, but there is no option for loaded mashed potatoes on the website. The thing is—you can get loaded mashed potatoes when dining inside. That option really should be available online too. It feels like an easy fix that would improve the takeout experience.
Atmosphere (dining in):
I’ve eaten inside before and really enjoy the vibe. The atmosphere is relaxed, with low, conversational noise—not loud or chaotic—perfect for talking without shouting.
Overall:
Great food, solid packaging, and a comfortable restaurant environment. If they tighten up takeout timing and add the loaded mashed potatoes option online, it would be a top-tier takeout experience.

I went to Longhorn with my Nana and mother-in-law for Nana’s birthday…
The food was fairly good. I ordered a filet mignon, brussel sprouts and corn on the cobb.. the filter mignon tasted great but it was very thin, not what I normally have when ordered and that’s the only steak I eat. The brussel sprouts was sweet and not hot and corn was fye…
I mean I would go back but maybe try something different…

First time here. Told host I had a fish/Shellfish allergies. Sat in back booth by restroom. Waiter saw me said give him a minute. Cool. Look at menu. He came asked me I want anything to drink I said water and I was ready to order. I said I wanted the chicken sandwich , he stopped me and said no because the fish grease my splash on you chicken sandwich and you need to order the grill chicken sandwich. I was like um they don’t know how to cook it with not cross . He was like you need to order grilled. I was like No I don’t want that and so you guys are not going to accommodate my allergies. I was so upset. I left . I asked the host for customer service number and she gave me the card to the restaurant. They get no stars . People allergies are serious and this restaurant failed me. I ended up going to Olive Garden down the street and the staff so I was crying and upset. They accommodate me and comfort me. Shame on you Long Horn.
