Couldn’t figure out where to eat with my family for my birthday, but decided on a low-key steakhouse. Mid-afternoon, on a weekday. Our server, Val, was very attentive and sweet! Highly recommend the wings and spicy chicken bites. You also can never go wrong with a ribeye. Love this place!

Service was good. Atmosphere is nice. Food was great! Outlaw Ribeye (20 oz)was juicy, tender, nicely seasoned, and perfectly cooked to med rare as requested. Brussel sprouts were SO good and a decent portion! LH Burger was tasty. My only complaint is that it’s a little dark in there, and I would like to be able to see my food better.

Service was mediocre she was nice, however not very attentive. The food was absolutely terrible I ordered the ribeye med rare with a loaded baked potato and Mac and cheese. The steak was so over seasoned even after scraping all I could off of it it was still too seasoned, was definitely not a ribeye no marbling at all and was not cooked on a grill no grill marks and could see the oil in my plate. Server asked if I wanted a box when we asked for the check I declined, she brought the check and asked if something was wrong, so I told her and she said she would speak to the manager about taking it off the bill (I never asked I’m not the type to try to get free stuff). She came back the manager did remove the charge, however the manager couldn’t be bothered to come to the table to apologize for the issue, I’ve worked as a server/bartender/manager and any time I had an unhappy guest I sent my manager over, or when I was managing I went and spoke to them. Save your time and get a steak at Dennys because it’s probably cheaper and probably tastes better.

Such a phenomenal dinner I had to compliment the chef. The chicken was so tender, the steak cooked to perfection. The server was very responsive and quick. I got the lemon garlic chicken, mashed potatoes and the honey brussel sprouts. The perfect pairing of sweet and savory with delicious notes of multiple flavors in every single bite. What a fantastic experience!

The staff is great at times I can’t complain. But when it comes to getting the steaks at a good temperature, they always seem to not get it right for me. Called a manager twice to complain, finally got in contact with someone to solve the issue on my $100+ order. They were going to send me a gift card. Never got sent that, truly hope not all long horns have the same issue as this one.

The steak is way over seasoned that you can’t even taste the meat, all you can taste is salt and pepper.
Complained to the staff, they did offer to cook another steak BUT as we have waited for 40mins for the first one, there is no point to wait for another 40mins.

It all started the second we walked in. Angel greeted us with such professionalism and polish that I honestly had to double-check we were at LongHorn and not Ruth’s Chris. From that first impression, I already knew this wasn’t going to be an average dinner.
Then came Teresa… and wow. Absolute superstar. Attentive, funny, sharp, and somehow always there at exactly the right moment without ever hovering. Drinks stayed full, timing was flawless, and it felt less like “service” and more like having a personal dining concierge who genuinely cared about making our night perfect.
And just when I thought the experience couldn’t be topped, Rose came by and completely changed the game. She didn’t just do a routine check-in — she made the entire dining experience feel personalized, like I was a VIP. The kind of leadership that makes you feel seen, valued, and spoiled in the best way possible. Honestly… Rose is the GOAT.

From the moment we sat down, Theresa D went above and beyond in every possible way. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. Our drinks were always full, timing was perfect, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The food was outstanding, perfectly cooked, fresh, and hands down some of the best we’ve had at LongHorn. To top it all off, managers Rose & Anthony personally stopped by our table to make sure everything was exceptional, which truly elevated the entire experience. You can tell she leads with pride and passion, and it reflects in the service and atmosphere. This was without a doubt one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at a LongHorn to date. We will absolutely be back because of this team.
